difficult getting taxis or grab cars.

Breakfast was amazing. Excellent variety. Only issues was transportation ... as it is far out from George town it can be problematic getting taxi's or grab cars. Suggest the Hotel keep some drivers and cars on standby for guests. Increase number of shuttle services to George town. As it was during the ramadan fasting month. Perhaps warn guest in advance not to go out in the evening as there will be no taxis available to bring you back to the hotel. The hotel it'self is wonderful, staff are friendly... some yummy little local food stands within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Overall had a wonderful stay :)

The atmosphere at the bar was vibrant, but the choice to exclusively play Malay language songs created a somewhat limited experience for non-Malay speakers. While the music added a local flavor, it inadvertently alienated some patrons who may have preferred a more diverse playlist. Despite this, the overall ambiance was enjoyable, but consideration for a broader range of musical genres and languages could enhance the inclusivity of the venue.

We requested an extra bed and paid extra money (RM205 per night). Turns out to be a small foldable rollaway bed. Not comfortable and not worth the money

The service was slow. We sat by the pool for a while before someone came with a menu or to take an order. We ended up paying at the counter as the staff were taking long to bring the bill.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angsana. The resort is huge with all its rooms facing the beach. It's clean, calm, and offers amazing sea views. The location is a bit far from the center, but this did not bother us as we had a car and we wanted a calm place by the beach to relax in. The infinity pool is amazing, and the breakfast included diverse options of international and local delicacies.

The breakfast was not like 5 star hotel.. it like 2 star hotel breakfast.. the fried noodles was very salty. Dont have many choice type of food.

Water did clog at shower. Something the hotel can rectify i belief. A little letdown as request for an hour or 30mins late checkout was turned down, as check in are only from 3pm onwards.

As a frequent traveller to penang we decided to give a try to this hotel at bahang bay and booked 2 seaview rooms which was excellant. Overall clean comfy room and nice ambience. Bed and bedding excellant. Nice beach to relax. Nice infinity pool ovelrooking the sea. Buffet breakfast has good variety and taste nice. We were greeted upon arrival by very welcoming friendly guest serving attendents. Housekeeping staff also friendly and greets. Snooker table at the Jamboree was a hit with my teenage boys.

Higher floor was not available this round, the exceptional views was a little discounted. The next door vendor / outlet was playing extremely loud thumping music late into the night (past 2am), even with the curtains fully closed it was still very disturbing. A huge damper to the otherwise perfect experience

The fact that breakfast is included in the hotel is a bonus, but besides breakfast, dining here is a bit expensive. For foreigners who don't have their own transportation, they must order delivery or take a taxi to eat out. However, staying here for a vacation is really nice. I would suggest friends who plan to come here to bring some snacks to tide them over.

Breakfast: The experience of having breakfast is quite pleasant. Gazing out towards the endless sea from the infinity pool induces a deep sense of relaxation. The hotel staff's service attitude is truly excellent. Room: I selected a sea-facing room, and the sensation is truly wonderful. Sea: Just a brief 3-minute walk to the beach, where beach tents offer a serene spot to relax, enjoying the sea breeze and basking in the sun. It's truly delightful.
