Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Brunei DarussalamThe room is not as I expected in terms of cleanliness, extra towels and bedsheets are dumped in the drawer, i really cant differentiate which one are clean sheets and which one are not… they are not properly folded and arranged.
The location is strategic but definitely need a GRAB to move around because there are no shops within walking distance. I could not find the mini mart in the premise. But dont worry getting a Grab is easy

Owner will ask another deposit RM50 for cleaning and didn't tell you beforehand that he/she want this homestay very clean (maybe he expect like didn't occupied at all) before checkout Owner accuse me to leave the homestay "very dirty" and what I did actually didn't wash dish (3) and glass (2) and leave some leftover food on table because the bin also very small and cannot put trash anymore and some rubbish lift up the lid of the dustbin. The bed not very comfy ie hard. For blanket they give 2 pieces of very thin blanket . For another blanket they will charge another. The sofa at living room was dirty. No wifi. If you order food outside like foodpanda or grabfood you need to walk quite far to guard area to get your food. For this price range better stay at hotel. Not recommended to stay here.
