The owner requested a deposit via bank transfer, which might be convenient to local visitors but not so for foreign visitors. Wonder if it's possible to hold a deposit via credit card. There was a water purifier but the date stated 2018!!! That means the purifier has not been changed for 5 years!!!

The location is great, very closed to numerous restaurants.

The misinformation about this room from Booking.com. I have sorted according to "hotel" only but still, this room was listed even though it is a homestay. The unit was ok and clean but it looks a bit like a storeroom as you can find wrapped unused mattresses as well as a bed headboard in the living room. Definitely a sore.

The facilities were good.

There were a few hairs on the sheet. However, we prompted the property owner and they changed the sheets within the few hours after notice.

The location was convenient and just a stone's away from malls. Below the stay is convenience stores, eateries.

I had informed that I was coming with a motorcycle. This point was not taking into account and the access to the carpark has been bared by the guards. We pass for the parking was not working for the motorcycle carpark that is placed at the other side of the building.

1) Bed is too soft and movement will affect spouse 2) Linen is not fresh. 3) Parking driveway design of the building is horrible 4) Poor lighting both in the parking lift area and residence corridors 5) Shower room has no door and it is wet after shower.

No teaspoons and although towels are well used, it could be more crispy clean like the linen & blankets.

Clean & tidy. Kitchen well equiped except for no teaspoons. Well furnished. Linen and blanket were crispy clean and no sour smell as most apartment have. Location is wonderful.

Unit owner requires bank deposit before sending access instructions - this was nit made clear in Booking. com webpage. Another payment process required. There is no staff from unit owner present and security spoke little English. Unclear instructions to find key box for unit and difficulty explaining to security. Intrnet Problem to obtain signal for TV which despite plenty and goood WhatsApp exchanges with unit owner didn't get solved the first night but was dortrd the next day.

There was a bit of water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. Also it would be more convenient if extra card for lift & door key can be provided. I had to call to wake up my wife when I was late coming back from meetings to get into the lift.

At first having issue on internet service and water heater. However owner very kind and timely responsive to address water heater and internet issues.

Complete set of the house appliances and provided enough mattress according to how many numbers of people. Basically you can use the kitchen to do cooking and baking. Beside that, the washing machine provided comes with dry function. Thus more convenience for customers to have everything included.

A bed light would be nice so you can turn off the light when you go sleeping. A sign next to the door would be helpful, so you know you're in the right place and take the right door.

Great place to stay, also for longer stays. It's basically a one-room apartment. They use WhatsApp for communication, they respond quickly. Keys are stored in mailboxes, prior to your arrival you receive the room/mailbox number and the access code.
