Sometimes the water of the bidet leaked, so the bathroom floor was wet, but besides that i highly recommend this place

it’s very close to the Twin Towers and overall in a very good location, it’s easy to get everywhere from here. The facilities are very comfortable, and also having access to a pool is nice with the heat of KL. The staff is very helpful, he recommended places to eat and was very easy to talk to.

Unfortunately quite a lot of vermin in the kitchen area. Because there were only women in the hostel, there was a lot of hair lying around and the bathroom wasn't really clean either.

Since the hostel is in an apartment, there is a shared flat feeling and it is easy to connect as a solo traveler. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Deposit, you can’t check out whenever you want, you have to wait for the staff:( You can’t to use the kitchen for cooking.

There were bugs in the bathroom, it was cleaned daily, but they still were there. Also access to pool is only from 17-21 (or something like that), which I think is not mentioned anywhere before but it is the main picture to book this place! :) Also other girls staying there had made it like their home, so all their belongings everywhere, which felt like staying at their place not hostel.

The location was very good and close to main activities and also transport. View from the window was very nice.

Bugs were around in the room even though it's highl floors. The room itself is clean so it’s not accommodation’s fault.

This is an apartment that was made in a hostel, you aren't allowed to cook, only use the microwave. Towels not provided, was a bit noisy

I guess that’s not a fault of the hostel but most of the nights people would be loudly talking on the phones in common areas till super late/2am or so/ and since the private room is right next to the common area you can hear everything. Warm water was a luxury but that wasn’t really a problem for me.

Location was perfect,walkable to many places. I had private room nothing to complain about the room. Effective communication. Pool looked cool as well.

The property was near Bukit Nanas Metro Station where the famous Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower are within walking distance only. The proper is only a few stations away from Bukit Bintang where KL Central Market; China Town are famous among travellers like me.

location is good and is very near KL MONORAIL station, about 20 mins walk to KLCC twin tower, value for money and location for short travel period. Overall the stay was good and since i travel alone, facilities wise not so much important for me. There is a little upset when i rcv a whatsapp msg from owner saying that the private room i booked is male hostel, i did not see any word of "male" during i booked via booking.com, i told the owner am a femal and would like to stick on private room and not wish to change to dorm room. Owner is helpful and quite responsive.

Not a sociable hostel at all. The check-in is 2.30 pm sharp, no chance to get there earlier. Even leaving luggage there seemed to be an issue..

Nothing very disappointing :)

The location was perfect and the facilities were clean. The rooms were fine and, it felt like living in a shared apartment with many other girls. The owner was really friendly and always responded fast.
