Clean, comfortable, well-located property. A great spot to base yourself whether you want to explore the island, or just hang around Cenang Beach. If you’re a budget traveller, this is a very solid option, as there is good food and drink, along with the laundry in a short (>5 min walk) away. The owner, Nanda, is a good dude who was most welcoming, happy to provide advice for exploring the area. I’d stay here again for sure.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable

The location couldn't be better, it's right in the middle of all action but really quiet. There's loads of space for luggage, efficient A/C and beautiful garden to have brought in breakfast and hangout with other guests. The staff were really friendly and offered help with scooter rental and tours.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with the host, Mr. Nanda. A very warm person and host and he offers his knowledge and various insights. You are provided with a free map of Langkawi and he walks you through all the sightseeing places. You can also book for some of the experiences directly with him including pickup and drop-off at the property. He's the absolute highlight of the stay here. The property is located very close to the (west) beach, barely a 3-minute walk, which makes it convenient to watch the sunset every evening. It's also near some quaint bars (shoutout to Cinnamon's), varied restaurants, and shopping centers. The duty-free store is very close as well. Bikes/cycles can be rented at the property itself based on availability, if not there are many places nearby that offer car/bike/cycle rentals. There is 24x7 hot water available for bathing and enough space available in the common area to sit and catch up on a book or socialize. The room and washroom were clean and the AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Drying racks, water bottles (for the 1st night), and water heaters are provided. You can refill your water bottles for free in the machine within the property premises.

Nanda is a true gem! He will go out of his way to make sure you have a good time in Langkawi and the whole complex feels like a home away from home. Couldn't recommended staying here highly enough

Loved everything about my stay here

Can't say enough good things about my stay here. The location is nice in that it's still close to the beach without being the crazy main street where everything is happening. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful with organizing any kind of tours/transportation you might need. The kitchen is very well stocked and if you're lucky, you'll be around when Kashif is cooking :)

Everything was good, the hotel is in a secluded space so it's quiet and away from the busy main street but at the same time it's very close to it and you can just walk to the busiest street on langkawi in 5min. There is motorbike parking and the room was large, comfy and had a fridge. Everything was clean, and the owner was very friendly!

Amazing value for money, the room is basic but had everything that we needed. Nanda was very friendly and welcoming and very helpful in arranging us to get from Langkawi to Koh Lipe. Perfect location for the beach and restaurants, shops etc! Would definitely recommend for the value for money.

Great value for the price. Nice and spacious room with private bathroom. It had everything we needed. Easy parking nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Small fridge in the room, AC, and an additional fan in the room. We were offered an extra blanket which came in handy as we don't like to share one blanket.

Everything. You really feel you're on a vacation. Each room has a table and chairs to set in front of. Friendly staff and Nanda is the best. He always asks if we need anything. He even brought us to the airport early morning. The location is near to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around us. We're coming back for sure. Very recommend!
