Close to airport and ocean. Fantastic rooftop view from swimming pool. Excellent water filter in room. Jonathan was fantastic, patiently answering all my questions about the accommodations. Lovely hotel.

The smell from the restaurant below was sometimes a bit disturbing. The balcony is faced to see the sunrise, so at a clear day it's heating up pretty quickly. So only a problem for slow morning starters wanting to enjoy their coffee on the balcony :)

Nicely equipped apartment with spacious balcony with a nice view over the ocean and mountains. Nice quiet area, beside of the planes from the airport (which start pretty accumulated, so it's not all through the day - also I believe that the starting of the planes is heard all over the city in KK). When windows are closed, it's isolating against the sound pretty well. The water filter is nice to have and kitchen has a basic equipment to prepare some simple meals. Some supermarkets and restaurants are close by, the night market at Aru Beach in walking distance is really nice after an amazing sunset. I preferred to be outside of the center as it is more quiet, if you like to walk it's a nice walk to the center or taking a Grab is really cheap. Nice refreshing pool and rooftop area with a fantastic view on the mountains and ocean.

- bed abit saggy especially in living room - toilet didnt flush well when i first step in and wish to use toilet have some leftover poopoo there. - have to walk out/ride for restaurant or convenience stall.

very good view, nice facilities and really value for money MUST go to their top floor which can see mountain, sea and plane landed love the view very much and enjoy the moment due to bed is in living room, i can eat on bed and watch drama at the same time.

Sadly the gym didn't have any weights which was a bit disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose to book the apartment. It would have been great if there were more seating options around the pool too. For the size of the apartment it would have been nice to have a sofa.

The apartment was really spacious and we loved having the kitchen. We stayed here for a week as it was such good value for money and the rooftop pool was a highlight. The pool is a great size for swimming lengths. The apartment was clean and they gave us extra towels since we were staying for longer. The remote check in was super easy too. The TV was perfect and had a HDMI cable so we could watch Netflix in bed. Great value for money, would recommend to anyone staying in KK to stay at the Aru Suites.

Overall it really is a fantastic choice. The place is very comfortable. Really recommended if wanna bring family. The pool and roftop have amazing view. Plus the parking is very futuristic bcos it uses lift.

Bright and airy room with great facilities, comfortable bed, fridge freezer kitchen facilities etc. The view over the city from the balcony and out towards Mount Kinabalu was magnificent. Also watching the planes coming in low and dropping on to the nearby runway was very pleasurable. The same can be enjoyed from the rooftop pool and rest area. We can't recommend this place high enough.

It took a while to work out how to operate the TV. A shower curtain would be a good addition.

Location! Short walk to the beach for our morning walk. The 'robot' parking was a pleasant surprise and worked well. The pool was great. The security staff were friendly and very helpful.
