Having water heater in other bathrooms would be good. Only has water heater in master bedroom

4x big bedrooms, safety lock using code, clean, comfy, good wifi, water dispenser, suffice cooking cutlery for use, good furniture, beds are large enough, location is quiet & preferably for Muslims only as there is a mosque literally front of the house, bathrooms are quite spacious

maybe the route to go here, got a few holes on the road making the journey quite unpleasant. But it is not related to our stay here in this homestay.

i like the cleanliness of the house, the clear and easy instructions to use the facilities inside the house and the hospitality of the owner through messages. So far very satisfied with the service. Surely to repeat the book here whenever I need to travel to Ipoh again. Thank you so much 🙌

Everything. The house was exceptionally clean. The facilities are great and everything was working well. There is a surau right across the street, just a few steps away from the homestay. Insya Allah we will come again.

There is only one water heater available at master bed room. The water is super duper cool. Then the kerb to enter the garage is lil high my front bumper got scratch so better park your car backward and also there is bad smell i think this might cause by rubber factory nearby.

The host were really helpful, the bed were really comfy.. Love the kitchen facilities and we also can park 2 cars at the garage.. the house is spacious.. Recomended for big group.. the location also acceptable as it locate at the new development area.

not that we can control but the neighbour had a small child that was throwing tantrum late at night for more than 3 hours. we’re tired so we slept through it but for others it might be uncomfortable as we can hear the child quite clearly

All in the house i like. House very clean. Suitable for bring my family in this house. Open the door then u can find the mosque for pray. The owner is very friendly. Good environment. Sure i will recomended to our family n friends. 👍👍👍

The host might consider preparing a Wifi coz phone signals around this area was poor. Be it Celcom, Umobile or Maxis. My children were unable to join PDPR & online tuition classes due to signal interruption.

The host was very helpful, friendly and considerable. The 1st impression was great. The facilities provided were all useful during my stay. The house was super clean, has great smell(like a hotel smell) and away from busy roads. Although its a bit far from Ipoh town, u still can drive without traffic interruption. Furthermore, there are many shops nearby, a Mydin Mall & you can order food via grab or Food Panda without hesitation.. Another best part about the homestay is really in front of Surau..

Everything is great but maybe if they can add Hot Shower in 2nd Bathroom will be perfect.

The facilities offered for a homestay.. It comes with Coway water filter and Coway Air Purifier. Clean and fresh air.
