The housekeeping team came so late that we checked in with untidy conditions from previous guests. But it is understandable since it was festive season

The house got everything you need. Location is good. Nearby TWS, family mart, richiamo, 7e etc. Pool area so big suitable for big family gatherings.

A bit disappointed. We booked a room witj 1 queen and 2 single. However they provided 2 single mattresses without bed frame.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. We able to enjoy the sunset from the unit too. This property also nearby a lot of restaurants. Owner also prepared board and washing machine.

The unit was very clean. Tastefully decorated to have an airy and bright ambience. Both rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for kids and adults. The property boasts a huge swimming pool and ample of facilities like convenience store and smaller stalls around the property

The lights were all via remote control but the remotes should be labelled cos we couldn't figure out which was what so kept pressing all the buttons. Took a long time and we still couldn't figure out. Only worked by chance. The bathrooms very slippery. Should have an additional floor mat just outside the bath so one doesn't drip all over. The biggest issue we had was the double bed in the master bedroom which had a base that extended beyond the mattress like a platform. The two corners were too low and too sharp and already a few of us got cut by that bed frame corner. That is really dangerous and bad. We had to pad it with 2 small pillows to make sure we don't knock into it again. Something has to be done about that.

Spacious and comfortable. We love that there were 3 bathrooms and a huge sofa in the living room. Place was clean, airy and bright. Kitchen was small but we didn't have time to cook so that didn't bother us.

There were some weird notes from customer on the appreciation wall. I believe the toilet amenities could be better. The swimming pool is overcrowded. There is no child lock on windows or balcony door.

I liked the space and parking availability. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is clean. ACs all in good working condition.

The wind is quite strong at night, making the door to the kitchen quite noisy. Second, it is so crowded at the swimming pool. It’s hard to get a spot and the crowds start from early morning and continue until it closes. Third, it is quite congested to go in and out by car during peak hours.

Walking distance to restaurants. Driving distance to Jonker street etc.. Parking - there is a lot of Carpark. Just make sure you park at your nearest entrance to your block. The owner is quite considerate. Basic utilities are provided: cups & plates, spoons & forks, body shampoo, and they even provide a small kid playing area. The unit is quite cozy. Not to mention they have Netflix too and some board games.

Master bedroom's water heater not heat enough.

Easy to collect the key from mailbox, simple and easy to take lift and reach the room. No need interchange lift. Many car park available.

Bit far from the city. Netflix account is shared with other users therefore at night u will have difficulty to access it.. The sofa needs an upgrade. Not so comfortable as it tends to slouchy after some time.

The house is clean and comfortable. Nice view to the sea and some nearby attractions. Netflix is provided which is nice to have.

Nothing bad, just to inform that the electric kettle was leaking. Also, would be good to provide some microwaveable plates for guests to heat up food.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and all questions were answered promptly. We did not drive out anywhere after checking in because Melaka town is famous for its bad traffic jam especially on weekends. But my friend went out to to the Dataran at night and took the Grab. Even the Grab arrived about 15 minutes due to bad traffic :). We had a good time staying in at the nice apartment. Could have booked for 2 nites instead of 1! Will get the same apartment if we come again!

There is a lot of Brown-banded cockroach and it make me uncomfortable maybe you can find pest control to handle with it.

Love the view. Near to city between 10min - 5min with car. Also have netflix and strong wifi.
