Clean, comfortable especially with kids.. kids enjoyed well in the slide at the hall, watched their favourite channels and played in the swimming pool 😁🥰 The pool was so clean..

room 1 (toilet) the water tap in the sitting toilet is not operating properly. the drainage (rubber) pipe is leaking.

what a delightful stay. the unit is in a clean and orderly condition. the instructions given are easy to understand. the games provided really make us happy. the swimming pool is big. the elevator is also very fast no need to wait long. the pool table is also the main attraction why we choose this unit. trash plastic , shampoo, bath soap, toilet tissue and towels are also provided. Electric kitchen, washing machine is also in the unit. Very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome. Very clean. Full with necessary facilities like microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, electrical stove, heater, kitchen utensils. Moreover, they provide a pool table and arcade game machine. These are both enough to entertain the adults and the kids. There are 3 rooms with 2 baths. Beds are enough for 10-13pax. Overall, we are satisfied with the apartment.

Quite trouble to drive our car to letter box area to collect keys for our car to be in out of parking area. Refund of the deposit is not according to the guideline which supposed to be refunded on the same day of check out but my deposit was refunded the next day in the evening after I've been chasing few times. Prefer hotel style where we get our deposit refunded on the spot during check out.

- Kids love the pool but it can be crowded especially on wekeends - Third bedroom was significantly smaller than first and second room

- Comfortable and big unit suitable for big family or friends trip - Carpark was easy to access - Check-in process was clearly communicated - Slightly out of town but still close to plenty of restaurant and attraction

In the unit, there are no tissue boxes prepared but only toilet paper and it’s not even a new one. The bidet were also rusty and it would be nice to change to a new one. I also noticed the toilet got some unpleasant smell probably comes from the draining hole. The air freshener placed in the toilet got no smell already so the smell is a bit disturbing. Since the unit can fit more pax, it would be wonderful if extra mirrors or larger mirrors be used.

The unit that I stayed was spacious, clean as I first entered it. A good first impression and I was very satisfied with it. Had a smooth checked in & out, the instructions were very detailed. Got some card games and also game box that you can play with friends/family. The windows are huge and I like how the sun can get to mostly at all space in the unit. The airconds & fans works well too. The toilets are clean and quite spacious, even the water pressure is good. The parking is quite plenty too, and it’s free.

Pool floor too slippery. My daughter felt, lost her memory for a while and need to send to clinic.. Very frightening. Open time for children pool also very short. 9am until 6:45pm. Normally my free time for any visit to pool facilities are from 7am to 9am and 6pm to 7:30pm.

- TV box doesn't have many mandarin programs or maybe we did not know how to search it..haha. Luckily, it is a smart TV and there is youtube - Not sure how to on/control the fan in the rooms. Able to on the fan in the living room but unable to control High or low speed.

- Spare toilet rolls and plastic bags can be replaced by ourselves - Cold air-conds - Entertainment - Snooker/pool table and Arcade machine - Unit right in front of the lift! (Suit my preference for old people) - Good and responsive customer service.
