I expect to have a proper hotel to stay with a nice facilities with good condition Bathtub. It turns out to be a nightmare. Bathtub leaking, blinking lights, smells of ciggies, the ceiling and toilet is dirty. Stay at your own risk. This is my first and the last.

1. No dedicated parking! 2. Very few selection of TV program. Surprised to know local broadcast channels like RTM /TV3 not available. 3. Lift also very slow to move one floor to another floor. 4. Nearby to hotel dont have halal shops for quick food & drink.

I do not have anything I didn't like.

1. There's parking available right infront of the Hotel (There're many parking spots so not to worry) 2. There's a small lift but it's good, fits well. 3. Cleanliness overall its good. 4. The suite was spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi. Bed was clean. I requested extra pillows and they sent it immediately. 5. There's hot water but you gotta wait awhile for it. Not a problem actually. Understandable, it's centralised. 6. Surrounding area is a food haven. Basically everything is just within walking distance. 7. Staffs are friendly. Answered my all questions. 8. Very easy and short time check in and out. 9. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. 10. Affordable 11. Suitable for family with kids. 12. There're towels and basic toiletries. 13. Iron and ironing board available 14. Mini fridge and a sink in their little pantry. I hope this helps for those who needs a thorough review of this Hotel. This sure is added to my favourite list. Thank you Avantgarde Hotel, keep up the good work.

location was superb, walkable to sutera mall if you are attending wedding dinner. plenty of eatery around. love that they have a small lift so we dont have to carry our luggage up by stairs .

No coffee or tea in the room. I call reception to send it to my room but nobody was sending it. Staff do not smile and do not have welcome words from the staff. Even check out time also not saying anything. What a bad receptionist!! No thank you out from her mouth!!! Bad receptionist

bathroom facilities were mainly spoilt. shower head not working. rain shower only flows at certain angle. bathtub shower head spoilt. bathtub tap only release hot water after staff came and help to guess and try all directions. bathtub headrest were dirty, causing me acne on my back that touches it

Room is dusty with odour smell. Bathroom taps not working and rusty. It would be a very good hotel if the maintenance work is well maintained. I left after staying for one night even though I booked and paid for 2 nights.

Lack of Netflix, poor TV reception. mattress and pillow covera doesn’t seem to change new set! Hotel interior looks old.

Booked superior suite with spa bath. Is a big room for family. Very good location, surrounding by many eateries and walking distance to Sutera Mall.

Dirty bedsheet, mouldy wardrobe. Leaking shower head. Worst was that we found a big needle on the bed. Horrible.

Suppose to have spa bath for my kids but end up no hot water for the spa bath tub and also not working at all. Kind of disappointed for the kids as well for the parents who is expecting great time in the shower time. We even bought afew Bath bomb for the kids to enjoy... but... Hope u guy can fix on it. Thx

Their staff is friendly. The lift was unworkable when I was there. The staff helped me to bring my luggage to the room. They even provided extra pillows while we requested. Great service.

Can use this room for just sleeping and get changed. View from my room was back of hotel which is dirty and tacky..cannot sleep well because can hear noise for next room...women crying so loud.
