The apartment was neat and tidy.. kichenettes was completed, but poor us we dont know how to use the electric stove.. haha, so we cooked our maggi old fashioned way.. got iron and board, hair dryer.. both toilet were clean.. we are very satisfied and happy.. forgot to take pictures.. ayoooo.. rugi.. must hv pictures to show friends.. haha

Everything’s about AZ Hotel & Serviced Apartments are excellent and I had amazing experiences while staying there. All staffs are brilliantly courteous to all guests, which I’m truly admired and feel so welcomed by their smiles and greets. Kudos to the staff (Front Desk/Housekeeping) and the management for keeping their staff to higher level of customer services. Apart from that, the cleanliness of the premise are all satisfactory, the amenities are all complete and many more. I am very sure to return when I get back to Labuan, and I missed this place!

MyanmarUnfortunately, the breakfast was served in plastic trays this time and wasn't great. I guess this is due to it being a quarantine hotel at present. Hopefully, breakfast will be better when things are more "normal".
Comfortable room for the purpose of the visit to Labuan. The staff were very friendly and the room is good value for what it is needed for. The location is nearby everything you need within walking distance.
