The way to the carpark is a mix of gravel and natural land. It was slightly challenging to push our grandma's wheelchair.

The firm and comfy beds, halal restaurant right infront. 5 mins walk to popular tourist sites. Very vibrant location. Spacious unit. Very nice and supportive host. He is really welcoming, friendly and respectful. Unlimited supply of filtered water :)))

No toilet paper provided and only 1 toilet in the apartment.

Location was perfect and strategic as it is walkable (at most 10 minutes) to a lot of tourist spots, famous cafes/restaurants/eateries. My friends and I were also impressed with the impeccable cleanliness, especially the bed area. Owner was very responsive as well when we met with an unforeseen problem with the amenity in the property at night, and he resolved it within an hour or so.

Please note that this apartment has only 1 toilet . Which is not convenient if you have a bigger party of people . I will definitely choose a bigger room next time .(same property)

Friendly staff who helped us with the laundry (with 20RM). Property is close to the river and walking distance to the jonker street . Room is clean and modern designed . Facility has filtered water .This is a family owned service apartment, it feels very warm . Thanks Mr Tse and victor :)

No elevator. No fan on the almost entirely enclosed terrace. A floor fan would have been welcome. The living room air con unit was noisy at night for me personally so I had to turn it off but only after everyone else had gone to bed. It was not apparent at first that it was the cause of the high pitched whine. A lot of electrical switches in the unit to try to figure out too.

I stayed one night with family on Wed, it was peaceful & quite. The full glass wall of this building is a stand alone unique design that I can't find in anywhere else in Melaka jonker. The river view looking out from this building is FIVE STAR and worth everything I paid. The apartment design is modern, toilet is clean, aircond is cold. The unit we stayed in was equipped with everything we need (*especially the drinking water dispenser) overall it's an Excellent experience.

So far all good. Just my parents were not very pleased with the flight of stairs as our room was located on the highest floor

What won me over was the price when i was browsing. I didn’t regret at all! It was great the view was mesmerising! Right Next to the river.

I believe that the apparatus to hang new clothes, towels and extra bedding in the living room although practical, could be better if they are all placed in a small cupboard to make the apartment unit neat, tidy and better organized.Then again this is just an individual personal preference or taste.

Its a beautifully furnished loft unit rightly smacked in the center of the Malacca historical city.Easy starting point and access to the other parts of Malacca with lots of good places to eat to cater all kinds of food cravings or palates.A big thank you to Victor who came and brought me some nyonya kuih for breakfast this morning.Thanks Victor.I will definitely stay here again whenever i am in the city known as "Venice of the East".I did'nt made that up.It was written either by a Portuguese writer Tome Pires or may be the Italian writer Antonio Pigafetta describing the city from their observation and records.
