Location wise is easily accessible to Jonker walk area and Jalan Bunga Raya and Stadthuys buildings. The location is at the river side full with buzzling bars and view is awesome. Host is very kind to offer hand made nyonya kuih and Bak Chang !

it's not dislike but to note for travellors with elderly. there's 2 floore and no lift. request for ground floor 1 apartment room.

the location, the friendly host, the ease of checking in. use of pin number, no need to carry keys around. private car park provided.

Oh my how do I start... I love love love everything about this place. I previously stayed at 1852 and I wondered what this building next door was. Can't believe my luck I managed to stay here this time around. Units are limited btw. It's a self check in so please inform owner 30 minutes before eta. They will give you a complete instruction on where to park etc. If you are not driving, just ask the driver to drop you off, near the Jambatan Kg Jawa or else you need to walk quite a distance with luggage (if you have any) from the designated car park. It's a one way road so please be quick. The unit is spacious, as it can accommodate 6 adults complete with all the amenities mentioned. Some review mentioned about the mosquitoes... Surprisingly they're not the biting type or they simply don't bite us. Don't worry, the host did provide mosquitoes repellent at every corner of the unit. It is situated just next to the Melaka River... So the view was indeed something... Simply love the scenery early in the morning and at night. You can definitely hear the sound of the river cruise up until 11 if you are staying at the lower level. But honestly... it didn't bother me. Most of the time we are already fast asleep or already on our way out to enjoy daily walk in Melaka. It is within walking distance to Jonker, Stadthuys and Melaka River Cruise. Cafes are abundance. This is the best choice in term of location, pricing and if you are travelling in big pax. Plus point, Victor the host graciously belanja us nyonya kuih for breakfast. Thank you so much Victor. If I ever come to Melaka, I will surely stay here again

There’s a microwave and a kettle but you can’t cook in the property. I understand why, but a single electric hot plate would have enabled me to have more meals at home.

The property situation is very picturesque on the river near a footbridge that goes to Jonker Street in 5 minutes. it is also about 7 or 8 minutes walk to the heritage listed Red/Dutch Square. we had the 2 br loft apartment which was very comfortable. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. great bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly. If I ever travel to Melaka again I will want to stay there.

Location is ideal for visiting most attraction. Accessible to good food. The host also give us nonya kueh as welcome gift when we check in.

Parking - could have been better. Not the Host's fault. It's just where it is located. It's a pretty cramped street being next to the river and all. Parking was in an adjacent building & we had to lug our luggage, even when in the rain. Also the parking - really not suitable unless you're driving a Perodua Ativa or small car....

This is a hidden gem, really. An excellent "hideout" if I may say. We got the top floor, which was nice, meant to be a family suite with 2 bedrooms. Love the high ceiling and it's pretty quiet. Furnished with enough amenities, there is even a proper 3M water filter located at the sink, for literally "unlimited" water supply. The toilet is nicely furnished and the host even provides shampoo and bath foam. Excellent. Rooms are quiet, and sheets are clean.

It is located in a very strategic location, walking distance to Jonker Walk, a lot of pub and other places around it. They even provide a private parking place for my car. You can actually seat outside the room and look at the river and all the daily activities. The room is very clean, everything looks brand new. The owner also listen to some minor suggestions.

Good location. Walking distance to the tourist spots and food stalls. Uncle very nice....the homestay is very clean and comfortable just like our own home. I strongly recommend this homestay to my friends and relatives who will travel to Melaka.

Almost perfect but small feed back : Lighting is a bit dark inside of the unit. Aircon sound is loud at master bedroom.

Really nothing to complain, towels could be bit thicker and larger but fine for short stays, maybe a stand fan and mosquito netting at the two bathroom windows as they populate the main rooms otherwise

Lots of cafe's for every taste within 100m of property, thouhg many closed during Chinese new year. Parking nearby is perfectly fine thouhg a bit narrow for two cards in one bay, big car owners beware. More parking in open car park just opposite. 50m walk to apartment. Checked in using code but met later an adorable nice apartment manager who even gave us some local delicacies and oranges for CNY celebration, really not your normal host. Protective tenants should not the master bed is in the main / living room so parents won't have the privacy, double king (good for more than four smaller bodies is inside the room separated by a door. No problem if a large family but otherwise may give some privacy headache. Really no need to cook etc. as so many eateries for all times of the day right infant of the doorstep. Location cannot be better if focus is sightseeing and eating out.

1) Many mosquito, owner did provide mosquito repellent but doesn't help much, suspected mosquito enter the room through door gap 2) A bit noisy from nearby restaurant's live band until around 1am. Noise can be heard clearly in the bathroom but lesser inside the room 3) Slightly dusty at the wall surface and cabinets surface

Had trouble or in a rush for loading and unloading of luggages and bags as it an one-way street. As usual, people tends to honk for the car to be moved.
