A little worried to go out of the room at night. So quiet

Room was big, clean, very close to shops n night market. Abundant basement parking (just hv to pay 4 it).

No sofa in front of the tv. No towel hanging rail in the toilet. The room's floor feels dusty in few spaces. No dressing mirror in the room. No complementary parking. One of the bed was very hard to lay in. Not enough towel.

Very spacious, good location, easy check in. A lot of restaurants and cafe nearby.

•The hotel is in the plaza,quite hard to find initially •The outside ambience doesnt really felt like a hotel •The basement parking is poorly lit and a bit quiet •The shower area has no shelf to put our toiletries •No reception counter,has to communicate via whatsapp,however they replied very fast and staff are available to come to the room when needed •Air conditioner at the living room keep shutting off by itself although no timer was set •Not so many channel available on tv,netflix accessible only for a while

•Self check in was easy,except for the passcode couldnt be used,so we had to wait for the staff to come and fix it,however the staff arrived shortly after we contacted the hotel so we didnt have to wait too long •Bedroom are spacious,with enough wardrobe and pillow •Iron and ironing board provided,prayer mat also provided with qibla direction •Small dining table with enough chair for us to dine in our room comfortably •Bed are comfortable and clean •Bathroom has good water pressure •Shower and toilet are separated,both are clean •Food easily accessible around the hotel area,theres flea market in the evening •Hotel management easily reachable thru whatsapp •Parking was easy (basement parking)

Constant checking and cleaning of the wardrobe as number of hangers provided are less and would not be enough. Plus sometimes get to notice wood debris and used plastic bags underneath the drawer. The toilet paper provided is very thin and hoping for a better quality toilet paper. The door to exit for smoking should has lock installed to avoid theft. The wifi can be improved as it was very poor and unstable.

I like the simple design of the room where it consists of toilet, coffee table, tv and mini pantry. It was worth of money to stay for travelling or business because it was surrounded by lots of amenities and facilities such as hospitals, eatery, road stalls etc.

Window is not tinted and the bathroom didn’t have a hook to hang a cloth or towel

The room is big enough for four people and the bed is comfortable. The hotel also very close to mall and there is night market nearby

Location very strategic for people who has emergency case with AnNur Hospital.

Food choices should be more. Quite a distance from the main city. The cost of transportation was pricey. Not much to visit around the hotel.

The location was strategic, not far from the location that I was supposed to go. Very near to the hospital, situated around shopping malls.

The host needed to make numerous improvements, such as providing a small refrigerator, ensuring that all of the plugs worked properly, providing a special plug for the hair dryer, and ensuring that the TV worked properly. The last time we checked in, there was no signal on the TV, and there was internet but no Netflix, despite the fact that the TV is an android. Since then, there has been a lack of entertainment for children. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, but luckily we had a ceiling fan to keep us cool. In comparison to previous rooms, we believe this is the first room where we stayed that has a ceiling fan. Another issue to be concerned about is cleanliness. The bedsheets were slightly dusty. Perhaps the host could ensure the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bedsheets, before the customer arrived.

The room was large enough for a large family to stay. The location is also surrounded by local markets and amenities, with easy access to both KL to the north and Johor to the south via PLUS highway. This is the fourth time we've stayed in the same hotel, despite having a different room each time.

Some of the facilities were not provided such as air conditioner at living hall, small refrigerator and no Netflix. Some of the room are not very clean but most of the room we stayed were ok.
