MalaysiaNo plugs available beside the bed for my phone to be charged and keep my phone close to me. In this visit, one of the senior receptionist staff even told the junior staff not to provide the receipt as I made booking via Booking.com. As this is for company claim, hence part of the requirement is to have the proper header from the respective hotel I stayed. I hope the staffs would take note on this and help to furnish necessary documents as it was alright to furnish the receipt in the previous 2 visits too.
Room is with A/C on prior to my arrival along with the electricity such as lightings.

Having comfortable slippers can certainly enhance the guest experience, especially for those looking for added comfort and convenience. It’s understandable to feel disappointed when basic amenities like hotel slippers are not provided without any additional charge. While it’s common for hotels to offer slippers as complementary. Hopefully, this feedback will be taken into consideration by the management to further improve the overall guest experience at Bangi Resort.
Staying at Bangi Resort was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The lush green surroundings provided a tranquil ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The resort's facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and offered a rejuvenating experience. The dining options were diverse and delicious, catering to various palates. United KingdomParking for guests was embarrassingly poor and distant. The location of the hotel is also very remote for access to anywhere and for guests and work colleagues to get to and park. There is also no minibar and there also does not seem to be a bar in the hotel.
