We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Italythe only thing that i would have liked is the fact that it was not possible to open the window, and I would have loved to let some air enter the room to dry some clothes as well, especially considered that on the island it get extremely humid
The staff is all very friendly and attentive, once we've arrived they upgraded our room with a sea view and everything felt comfortable and very clean. There's a swimming pool, yoga room, gym. Generally the decor feels a bit outdated but still is kep extremely clean and well maintained. The position i also think is pretty good, there are few restaurant nearby

FinlandNothing really not to like. Some othet guests were noisy one night but that is not the hotel's fault.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Everybody are all smiles and eager to help you with anyhting. Special thanks to one distinguished gentleman, whose name I do not recall I'm afraid. This epithet of a man helped me with a jellyfish sting. I was a bit worried since I had to visit a local hospital in the evening, with hotel check out and flights awaiting the next morning. The helpful staff member told me not to worry about anything, and insisted I go take care of the jellyfish sting as he would sort things out and reassured my worried girlfriend there was nothing to worry about. This was an excellent showcasing of not only Malaysian kindness, but being an outstanding human being as well. I for sure will take example of this man and the way he carried himself, hoping to be more like him someday.

MalaysiaNot much, but the shower in the bathroom could have a better water pressure. Next, one of the body shampoo was not filled, and the Housekeeping should be more alert.
The location is exceptional as the Hotel is smacked in the middle of Kuah Town. Restaurants, cafes and most importantly the Duty Free Shops are a stone's throw away. I really like the ambience of the entire Hotel as it smells clean with the lemongrass fragrant in the entire premise. I have booked the Superior Room, and it was superb. The Hotel provided me with a seaview room, and all facilities and amenities were nothing but absolutely fantastic. I really appreciate the spacious room, good lighting plus the air-conditioning were all pleasant.

MalaysiaThere's.not enough water, Malaysia is getting hotter, give us more water or drinks. Toilet only one with shower.
The facilities were alright, the bed is comfortable, there are latest movies to watch as well. The thing i like most is the staffs, one of the staffs is very friendly with us, and catered to us whenever we need them. Tolerant and friendly stafgs indeed.

United KingdomThe food in the restaurant wasn’t great and the location was a bit odd. Not much to do in the immediate area and all felt a bit run down.
Comfy beds and big rooms. Swimming pool was lovely and the gym was a nice addition. Staff were very attentive and it was good value for money.

the entire hotel facilities was nice and staffs are very polite and informative , the room is very clean and accommodate. even though the hotel 20km far from pantai cenang , but this area full with restaurant , duty free shop and all other necessities. since i been here on fasting month there is a huge bazar Ramadhan street within walking distance from hotel. Overall it was a worthy deal.
