On the night we were staying, a big group of friends were so loud. Talking, joking and laughing so loudly till around 2am in the morning. Maybe a couple of signs to remind tenants will help. But I guess this is not the hotel's fault. Only inconsiderate people.

Very comfortable stay. Room is comfortable and clean. Shared bathrooms n toilets are clean and spacious. Only thing there was nothing to hang wet towels in the room.

We had a private room, but no window.

The room was big. The shared bathroom was very clean, modern and well equipped. Shared spaces are comfortable and with good decoration, good feeling (they even have some table games). The staff is so friendly. Location is ok. 5-10 minutes by walk from old town (but Ipoh is not pedestrian friendly!)

To enter the room you have to type in a code which is a little noisy. There is not always someone at the reception.

The staff is funny and friendly and the bed is comfortable. There is a huge indoor chill area which is good to meet people and the hostel was always clean. Free water refill and a big kitchen available.

I liked everything about the place

The whole area was spotless clean, and all the dormitory beds were lower beds and not decks. Staffs was friendly and excellent.except for the toothbrush and paste,they have a small kitchen with all utensils to cook.the rest are all there. Near to Gerbang Malam, may bank is 20 feet away, Lou Wong taugeh Ayam is 450m. Walking distance to Ipoh parade. Perfect location to every where in Ipoh.

The only thing is that you pay a small fee to get a towel if you need it, but it is not expensive

One of the best hostels I’ve been in Malaysia. Loved the space and deco. Room was spacious and clean. Ample toilets and showers (and very nice shampoo and shower gel provided). Stuff is super nice also, chatty and helpful. Small kitchen available you can use with many appliances.

The curtain in the family room is too thin. It is visible from the hall area at night while the light in the room is turned on.

The curtain in the family room should be thicker. It is understood that the guests have the responsibility to keep the room clean, but it was funny with the request by hotel staff upon check-in that guests are not allowed to eat and drink (just plain water is allowed) in the room, even though I was booking the whole family room.

The bed’s privacy curtain does not close properly, or even fully covers the personal bed area. A light being on, on the second level of beds can leak in into my bed at the bottom area. There are no large size lockers in the “room” that I booked.

Just needed a place to sleep, and it fits the bill.

very good experience, initially I booked a simple and separate room, but the management upgraded me to a family room at no extra charge. at first I didn't want that room why our trip needs a private room for each person, it's okay to be forgiven

The pillow was a bit smelly and should, therefore, be changed, washed and sanitized to get rid of the unpleasant odour....

The room was a bit stuffy during the day. The aircon or air circulation was not great during day time but at night it was ok. Strict check in and check out time.

The place looks small from the outside but was really big once you get inside. Cleanliness is top notch. Water pressure is good. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly

No private car park. Have to use public car park or near to hotel. During our stay, the toilet bowl was stuck. Unable to flush properly. No remote control to control the bedroom aircond. Room without window.

The location of the hotel. The wall pictures are very beautiful. The power sockets are just beside the bed. Very convenient. I love the security. Using card to scan and open the main entrance and use password to open the bedroom. The hotel is very clean.

The aircond (got 2 aircond inside the room) and both of them were switched off around 5am. I woke up because i was feeling hot. It stays off until i check out around 8am. To be honest, it was unbearable and i feel so stuffy staying much longer inside the room. I dont know if its scheduled turn off timing or someone hold the remote thus switched it off but please, lack of ventilation is not joke. Its not like there's a fan provided inside the room too. Please look into this matter.

This is my 2nd time staying here. My first time was great so that's why i repeat my stay here. Everything has been great, this time i was provided dorm room with shower/toilet inside the room. More comvenient as i dont have to use the one outside the room.

There is only one room with private bathroom and hence we couldn't extend our stay there. Private room had to separate immovable beds

The hostel is very secure and tastefully designed. Common spaces and common kitchen is very well equipped. The receptionist was very kind enough to make us a list of places to visit and explain to us, the different ways in which we could cover them all.

One thing distracted me during my second stay is someone used the toilet and didn't flush and clearly spotted yellow dotted around the bidet . Really annoyed with some people with this kind of mentality. Maybe can put extra reminder/ notice for these kind of peoples.

This is my second time stayed here and overall, satisfied. Staff helpful & friendly. Cozy and comfy place. Worth the penny. Safety - it a must. Definitely this will be my one of favorite place to stay every time I'm reaching Ipoh! Thanks for the good & valuable place to stay! :)
