The room was so comfortable. Provided everything. All i need was in the room. The staff also helpfull n friendly. Easy check in and check out. RECOMENDED to all. Value for you money.

Check in process /deposit a little more complicated than need be. If you don't have grab pay set up or QR code bank transfer, you need to pay cash. Many foreigners just passing through will get caught like this.

Convenient to KLIA. Pool and gym were very good & room was tidy and spacious. Good value for money. Thai restaurant attached was very good too.

management of the place. not true to advertising. I chose a family size 3 bedroom. advertisement with microwave- and there was none. little things that goes a long way include basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap. instead was given a multipurpose hand wash. no basic tea and coffee packs that is just basic hospitality. I’ve been to many suites- that would be a cheap basic provision given such a lovely place. the worst thing was the check in process. not usual of booking.com properties where I arrive, there were no check in instructions. So you call the person with your international phone, and they ask you to pay them deposit by what’s app through a QR code or do an immediate bank transfer. Then they put you on a what’s app group with 6 mobile numbers, and asks for your photo ID. that is just ridiculous process. really made me feel insecure even though you think you have a high end place but the management just don’t get when customers tell them that that process is not safe in anyway or standard. not to mention linens used have stains- boogie, and old stains. the cleaners were quick to respond and super lovely. but at the end of the day, if you can’t give proper unstained linen, a very labourous check in, you feel on the edge. with is ironical given the location n the apartment is nice.

There was an unpleasant smell in the toilets. No bidets in the toilets. A bit difficult to park outside if you come in more than a car, as the parking space is limited and full. But there are loads of empty parking space within the building. Management may want to consider allowing visitors to park.

Spacious, and relatively clean. Convenient stores, Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Secret Recipe available nearby. It is a nice apartment.

Not being able to talk face to face with hotel people. Just the security guard who wasn't very helpful. The moth ball smell was over powering. Could have had a list of eateries given its not a populated area.

Great place for the 3 nights layover we needed on a delayed flight trip. Was nice and quiet.
