the fact that family room is given bunk beds than normal bed for even non-children guests. stains on the bedsheets and towels are prominent, yet they are still given to the guests. some staff wore shoes into the guest room and then placed the pillow on the floor while changing bedsheets.

After using bathtub, there were water ponding at the side edges by the wall, so the floor ends up very wet. The aircon was also leaking abit. Room furnishing was quite old and dated. The check-in process took very long. Also note their restaurant for breakfast is vegetarian, so not alot of variety of food.

Location is great, just next to Times Square. Booked 2 rooms and got 1 free upgrade to Family room as well. The spacious room has a metal bunk bed suitable for family of 4, with 2 sinks (one at the toilet, the other at the separate shower/bathtub area with connecting doors). Also love the bay window lounge area, with a view of the pool downstairs.

I was disappointed. I asked for a tax invoice for my stay n also requested it again via booking.com customer service per suggested by your hotel recept counter.. It has been more than 1 week and no one replied to me. Is it hard to generate a tax invoice for a recent stay which had been paid for? We needed this invoice as part of a supporting docu for a claim. Pls reply us. Booking.com agent had on 2 occasions reached out to you too but didnt get a any reply.

Just a hiccup at check-in when we booked on booking.com we had to wait one hour in the lobby to get confirmation of our booking before we could actually proceed with check-in.

First let me apologise for posting a poor review about Berjaya Times Square Hotel that was intended for another property in KL. I have removed the review since learning about the mistake. The Berjaya Times Square Hotel was a real hotel with real hotel rooms and services that one expects when booking on booking.com - our room was very comfortable, large and had a great view out over KL city centre. This is a bustling area with lots of shopping and food outlets. We were also able to get laundry done and access the amazing KL suburban trains and tra sport options for the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

As seniors with limited mobility, the rooms were not ideal as we given in Tower B which is a long walk. It takes the joy out of our stay especially during checking out with long wait at both towers.

We like the spacious 2 bedroom suite, beautiful view good location.

Many matters irked us. But to share the more major ones... 1. The bathtub was not clean, with obvious stains that cannot be removed. Our daughters were deprived of soaking in the bathtub as a result. The room was obviously just very old. Despite being clean, it no longer looks worth the $$ 2. The breakfast is now full vegetarian, and we weren't too happy with the idea of mock meat (we did try it, but definitely a no no for non-vegetarians like us). The hallways were filled with poster frames on the idea if being vegetarian, which we did not like as it appears to be attempts at brainwashing. Very uncool

The proximity to shopping and food within the same building was a plus point. It helped to buy time when we had to wait for our room to be ready after 3pm (we arrived by noon). It was also nice to walk around in the mall after breakfast, and before bed.
