Since the location is quite far from the main road and goes deep into the rural areas, the internet connection is quite difficult to access. Not recommended if u're going to do works inside room cuz definitely theres no line. It is more suitable for a family getaway and fun trips with friends.

So far this is the best homestay I've ever stayed in rural areas. The room full equipped with air conditioner and heater in the shower makes it more comfy along our stay. Loves the vibes and view, also has swimming pool that is cleaned regularly. Also have pantry to cook outside, BBQ equipment also available and they prepared mini games like darts. The owner very friendly and helpful. Overall, my family loves and satisfied with their service, thank you so much!

The entrance leading to the chalet due to lacked of signages. With proper signages at strategic location makes any new guests feels welcome, appreciated and not shocked 👍

Located away from the city, remote area and quiet. Small yet with adequate facilities, nice pool, kitchen, nice river. Host is friendly. We have a private time with family.

To be honest.. Nothing!! I was overwhelmed by their hospitality.

Perfect location to backpack from south/central Malaysia to the Perhentian Islands! Took the train up north till Temangan (the owners will pick you up any time from the station) and then we had a super nice evening in Betiks little garden resort (beers by the pool). The next morning fresh own grown Papayas from their garden & and later they organized us a driver to the jetty in Besut (:

We have travelled extensively around Malaysia over the past years and we know that good accommodation is hard to come by in rural areas, such as in Kelantan. Betik Garden is an exception to this. The small-scale resort has a unique location, on the shores of the mighty Kelantan River. We stayed in the river side cabin. The cabin itself comes with a comfortable bed, a powerful shower and good AC. We also liked the communal areas such as the kitchen, the covered dining area and the pool. Our room and the rest of the resort are very clean. The best of the resort are its host Ryan and Michelle. They make sure you will have a comfortable stay. Michelle and Ryan are truly hospitable and know exactly what seasoned travellers need. Throughout our stay we enjoyed the personal touches and the conversations with our hosts. Also, they provided us with lots of local tips, which made our stay more interesting. If you are travelling in Kelantan, don’t hesitate and stay in this wonderful resort. Highly recommended.

the owner were so excited when we arrived. we were greeted happily. they also prepared some biscuits, coffee and tea while we were there. for the place, although it is far away from the town and quite hard to reach, the place is so peaceful that you dont mind about the distance!

We stayed a night here to break our trip to Merang. This place is way better than staying in the shop lots convert hotels in Tanah Merah. It's is cosy and clean. The host is helpful and friendly. The pool is perfect for unwinding after a long drive.

Hard to find food stall but you can cook there. But for muslim, need to aware about the cooking utensils.
