Malaysia1. Booked at about 6 pm at Alor Setar before depart and sent a message through the application mentioned I will reach at 2 am. 2. Arrived at about 1 am in front the hotel. 3. No reception are working. 4. Mobile number provided, call nobody answering. 5. WhatsApp was not replied. 6. Waited for about ½ hour, owner of the hotel call saying that the latest check-in time was 7 pm. 7. Why Booking.com still allow us to make our booking for 6 hours journey from booking location till hotel if the owner limited the check-in time by before 7 pm everyday???

MalaysiaThe entrance is a bit confusing since there is no written/specific directions to be given unless you call the person in charge. It would be great to sent simple information on how to check in and check out to your guest, at least on the Booking.com apps.
Spacious room for Deluxe Double room. Below it has a supermarket which is super convenient for us and near Pasar Melor where you can go breakfast and have pasar malam on Friday. Just to let you know, it is not elder-friendly as it required to take the stairs if you choose this room. Overall, it really worth the price 👍🏻

MalaysiaAt first, i’ve read in the comment section, the owner said there is no stairs in this unit, but unfortunately its there. Once we arrived, we enter the room, the room wasnt clean, theres some hair found on the bed, which i bet from the previous customer. So, i sit at the side of the bed, it was sunked. The bed wasnt in the good condition and it was sunked. So i told the owner, he was in denial, saying that the prev customer didnt complaint anytg. He later called me and asked me to swich to the next door. Okay fine, i thought it was ended. Unlucky us, the aircond at the 2nd room was leaking and wet all over the foor. All night long.. Astaghfirullahil adzim. Please.. we pay for the service like this. Even the room is cheaper, but it shouldnt be this wrong.

MalaysiaHowever it doesn't have qiblat sign for Muslims to pray. It doesn't provided enough towel for a group of 6. The owner should provide at least two dustbin. One at the bathroom and another one should be outside the bathroom. It is very hard to throw the rubbish especially when you stayed with a group of people. The owner doesn't provide mirror outside the bathroom. So it is very hard to put your make up on or skincare because you have to go to the bathroom. If another person use the bathroom so you should wait your turn. And it can waste time. Anddd the most important thing is I think the owner should provide a mini refrigerator for the sake of comfortability of the people who stay at the property.
The room is nice. It is bigger. Have enough space for people of 6. It is comfortable if you stay with your family especially those who have many family members.
