Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Overall it is a good hotel and comfortable for my family to stay. Aircond cold my kids sleep till 10am. Will repeat again. More shop around hotel.Mr DIY segi fresh and other grocery. You can shopping. Easy parking. Wifi speed are good. Android tv with youtube and netflix( must have account to log in)

MalaysiaThe room doors didn't have secondary lock like hook etc, there is no security I feel as I cannot lock the door from inside. The iron we used from the hotel is not working either because after so much effort to iron the clothes were still crumpled. The 2nd room had same issue plus their carpet was dirty and smelly. Mirror is only available in toilet no other mirror in the room

MalaysiaAir-conditioning don't have remote control. Instead you must get up to adjust the air-conditioning panel at main door. The hotel is in front of Indian temple.. so maybe the night we stay they got training or something so quite disturbing due to they play music instruments until late night. To be noted the hotel don't have debit,credit card machine or QR code for payment, must manually transfer or cash the deposit and hotel payment. Must upgrade the booking system due to my booking suddenly cancel for the reason not showing at the hotel. Perhaps can be upgraded.
Room is very spacious. The amenities is good enough. On top of Mr DIY. So its very convenient to buy anything needs. Bathroom is very clean. Parking is very easy. Wifi is good coverage and speed. Have alot Thai food restaurants and fast food near by.
