Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI was suppose to stay there for 1 night but I left out early yesterday night coz was not happy with your service. When I came yesterday, your staff said I have to pay rm 50 as a deposit which is refundable which is totally ok with me, but I told the staff that they can take my card to swipe or I can trf cos I don’t bring cash . And he was like “ you have to pay it by cash no matter wat” . I am 6 months pregnant and moreover I did not bring any car , came by grab. He can still ask me to walk out to withdraw money and pay the deposit no matter wat. I asked him to speak to his manager n get back to me . And I went I ask which one is my room . He said it is in the second floor and I have to use the stairs cos lift is under maintainence . I ordered food panda n requested food panda to send my food to door step cos the lift is under maintenance. Guess wat happen, the reception did not let the food panda rider to go up and requested me to come down n take my food. I had to walk up again until 2nd floor with my food.

MalaysiaNice and polite staffs.I don’t find the place very clean, the bedsheet had stains and it was a very uncomfortable stay.We barely slept throughout the night.There were even tiny insects in the room. The kopitiam beside was a great deal but the food tasted bad and really pricey.The pictures on menu and the food didn’t look the same.We didn’t really enjoy the stay and the food. we don’t mind paying high price for good food but the food was really bad. However the hotel staffs were really helpful and nice.
