Cleanliness needs to be further enhanced. Food are on the expensive side. Since there aren't any alternatives, the prices could be offered a more affordable options.

Since there is very limited staffs around during night time and the location is basically based in the middle of the rain forest, the security system especially the door of the room should be more secure, however is it not.

The idea of the modern camping in a beautiful rainforest is totally fascinating. The team are totally helpful, friendly and accommodating

The swimming pool is quite deep and not so suitable for kids. If your kids wish to swim here make sure someone is there to accompany and play together with them.

The breakfast is valuable with money. The place is suitable for parents who wants to bring their kids for camping in very convenient and comfortable way. The tent is spacious and the verandah is large enough for you to enjoy the view.There are wifi point in several place which you don't have to worry about internet. Sure, we will repeat this place in future.

The road normally used to reach this place is closed due to landslide, had to use the further one instead. No prob as long it’s safe. Also, not much to do at night.

A cool place surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed walking around the glamping sites, enjoying nature and breathing in the fresh air. We enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast menus are limited but I’d say good. Overall, perfect for y’all looking for a ‘healing’ spot

Lacking of clothes / towel hooks, no plug adapter for the 2-pin plug bed lamps in the room, wobbly balcony wooden chair and table need maintenance.

There was not much to do, small pool, you have to almost walk everywhere yourself (no shuttle service). Some insects and lizards walking through the bathroom, could be better isolated.

pool was small & for the price we pay, the resort should have a decent bottled body wash & shampoo instead of having those in small packets. Food ordered could be served hot.

the calm, green surrounding is just perfect solitude! we did our morning walk around the resort. wifi is weak which is good for us to stay away from our phones.

The hotel is very remote. You can't do anything there without a rental car. The breakfast is very small and offers only Asian food. If you want dinner, the maximum time is 08:30 PM and the order must be placed by 05:00 PM. This is not customer oriented.

The hotel is in the middle of a jungle, you can hear and observe animals. The rooms (excluding the bathroom), are large and clean.

They didn't provide iron. Have to request but receive quite late.

Breakfast was good. You can pre-order and choose to eat at their restaurant or in the room. Ambient was very nice and cold. We didn't even have to turn on the aircond and fan. View is amazing. Quite environment. Overall very nice experience. Will come again.

Love how secluded and serene it is. The staffs very friendly and the front desk is good in explaining the facilities of the glamping site.
