The hostel is just a few minutes from the bus station, which is really nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Bed and bathrooms were clean and AC was working well

The receptionist is an absolute gem who helped plan our stay while in Cameron Highlands and recommended treks to us. Lockers are big so no issue storing large backpacks securely.

2 bathrooms only for the whole dorm (I think 14 people). Would suggest a little shelf in the bed, and a less strong reading light, it was very bright

Nice and cozy common area, big lockers, tours provided. Kitchen with free tea and water. There was a sink to clean shoes. Met many nice people during my stay! The value for the price is really high

One of the shared shower/toilet cubicles was a bit small, so it was hard to avoid your clothes and towel getting wet, but that's just a minor thing.

This hostel was great value for money. The location was right in the centre of Tanah Rata, only 5 minutes from the coach station. The individual pod beds with blinds provided privacy, and were also equipped with an individual socket, light and small fan. Large lockers were available and locked securely with a key provided. They also offered to look after your luggage in reception after you had checked out. A shared kitchen was available with filtered hot and cold water, and free Cameron Valley tea. The communal lounge was nicely decorated and had games, books, and plenty of power sockets. WiFi was provided throughout the hostel.

The shower and toilet are combined, so you have to walk over wet ground to get to the toilet. Also due to them being combined, you share 2 toilet/showers with a dorm of 14 people.

The staff were amazing. A very warm welcome and helpful advice. The bed was very comfortable. There are lockers with keys provided. It was in a great location, 5 mins walk from the bus station and in the middle of town. Filtered water was great and the common areas were comfortable.

- The bathroom was very small, you basically had to sit on the toilet to shower and couldn’t really leave your stuff anywhere (for 1 night this was okay though). - The wifi was basically not working. - Electricity in my capsule also didn’t really work. - Very hot in the capsule.

Wi-fi was awful and only worked in the common rooms. But I didn't work in that area because I saw roaches crawling over the cushions my first day there (I think because people eat & don't clean up after themselves). Only two bathrooms for 14 people that are cleaned once per day. The bathrooms are tiny & double as shower stalls so it's always wet & slippery on the floor (make sure to wear your shower shoes). Pay to rent towels. I didn't understand the laundry situation, but supposedly you could do laundry (I didn't see a washer/dryer). The USB outlet in the pod to plug in the fan didn't work, I had to plug the fan into my converter to get it to work.

Basic hostel for backpackers. Really cheap. Sleep pod was comfortable and comforter provided. Fan in the pods really helped since there's no AC. Lockers provided and plenty of room for my stuff. Kitchen/dishes provided. Free water. Felt safe and secure for a female solo traveler. Surprisingly quiet for a hostel, not a lot of socializing. Half day tour set up by the hostel was really awesome. Located in the middle of Tanah Rata and a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station.
