Nothing much, you can't wear your shoes into the room but that's probably for the best due to all the dirt and sand people bring in. Also, the TV only works for the few preloaded movies, the channels itself does not work. Also, message them to ask if they could combine 2 of the single beds together since I'm a solo traveller so 1 big bed would be better than 2 separate single beds, they replied "no problem" but end up not happening, its fine though, 1 bed is big enough.

Really enjoyable stay, it was a little difficult to find from the walkway as it just had a small sign and its on the second floor, however, from far, you can easily see its logo, you just need to look up. It is a great room, clean, aircon was strong, tv was somewhat working, there is water cooler and the bed is comfortable. Stayed a total of 3 accommodations in Semporna and Mabul island and this was the best. Its just a little inconvenient if you have trouble climbing the stairs as it is on the second floor. Will definitely stay here again if I were to visit semporna in the future

The hotel is very well located. A lot of restaurants and cafe nearby as wel as convenience store. Also super close to the jetty and many scuba diving center in the area. As for the hotel itself, the room was very clean and comfy. The washing machine in the room is definitely a plus ! You also have free coffee and refill water. Staff is super friendly ! I highly recommend this place and I will come back again

The environment surrounded this small homestay is very dirty and some beggers were hanging around..it is located on top of an eatery.

Location is near jetty and town centre where many restaurants are.

This property was very well taken care of and clean. Had hanging racks and a balcony to dry out diving gear. Spacious room with nice shower and bathroom. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. Location is right downtown but had a lot of security measures in place to keep location safe and private. AC worked well, Wifi very fast. Was worried about noise level but was surprisingly quiet.

Welcoming, polite and helpful staff. Quiet and comfy room. Good shower. Haven't used the washing machine but there was one in the bathroom. Drinking water refills. Clean and tidy accommodation.

Stairs- no lift. And my room was right upstairs- needed to call the staff to come pick up my bags. Seem short staffed too

Super clean and the best i have stayed in semporna. Very nice interior and has a washing machine in the room so it has very helpful to wash clothes after diving. Also has a drying rack in the room. All tastefully decorated

- no elevator , the restroom floor is flooded after shower - some kids in front of the gate try to help and beg for money - have a food smell in room because of the restaurant downstairs

Worst mattress after 9 weeks in Malaysia/Borneo/Bali, so overpriced, RM80 for a dorm be? What for?, No key for locker provided? Therefore no way to safeguard valuables!! Reception staff member sleeps in guest dorm, same staff member informed me check out 8am - in a hostel? Or anywhere for that mstter. Toilet facilities - not Western, just a feet print shower base to aim your business!! Duvet was fine, as was pillow and it's case, free coffee good to have, hot water shower nice - only 1 or 2 good things to say about this rip off accommodation Do yourself a favour: don't stay here.
