We loved staying in Campbell House! Such a gorgeous old heritage building well located in Georgetown. The staff were exceptional. The rooms are lovely. The little cake at 5 was delightful! I don't think I've ever enjoyed staying somewhere quite as much!

Staff were so accommodating. They left a beautiful birthday surprise for me in the room when we checked in. They were also ready to help whenever anything went awry. Room was simply delightful.

Campbell House is perfectly located in the old town it’s a 121 year old building that’s been beautiful restored with old world charm a small boutique 12 room Hotel with so so much character we stayed in the Opium Room all rooms have a given name.

Noisy. We had a room over the first floor landing and it was noisy both from inside and out

The hotel is amazing with beautiful heritage features, right in the middle of George Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they would even leave a tasty dessert treat in our fridge every evening when we were out.

The room set up was superb, comfortable and spacious. The super friendly and helpful staff answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. The location itself is very convenient for exploring George Town.

If we could give 8 stars, we would but the maximum is only 5. The accommodation: the location of C and the room were outstanding, we picked the calligraphy room and if you are passionate about chinese characters you may want it to give a try. The hospitality: the people who worked in the hotel was out of our expectations, they are knowledgeable, kind, fun and patient. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it deserved more. Make sure to try their Italian restaurant as well.

The hotel lacks an elevator, though they have a makeshift pulley for luggage to be taken up and down it was a problem for older parents to climb the stairs up and down. Would be great to add an electric open elevator - they have the space for it and with the owner’s aesthetic eye I’m sure they can do so without disrupting the beauty of the place!

Best leg of our trip. The hotel is simply gorgeous. It has the loveliest historic architecture and feel despite which they have ensure modern facilities like good air conditioning, hot water, etc. My favourite part of the hotel is the library / study on the mezzanine floor. Breakfast and food in the hotel was delicious. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, took time to explain all the sightings and road maps to us.
