Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThere was a strong cigarette smell in the room. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noise from the outside.
Staff are friendly and polite. Room is clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is okay. Water heater, safety case, fridge, hair dryer and air conditioner in the room work fine. This hotel does not provide hotel parking but you can easily find parking spots in front of the hotel. There are convenient shops, self service laundry, eateries, Shell petrol station and Maybank nearby. This hotel is walking distance to the famous Pasar Filipin.

MalaysiaEverything was great, except for the tv barely connects to the wifi, and despite i was staying in a room that has a window (faces maybank) the line coverage there was weak, which is incomprehensible. But not blaming the hotel though. Also my thigh got itchy from sitting on the chair that was in my room.
I love its strategic location, and for me the walking distance to gaya street is the best of it all. The room rate is really affordable for a solo traveller like me.
