I intended to school work but the Wi-Fi sadly was out of operation. This probably was just a bad timing. The leaking water pipe in the bathroom also counts negatively as well as the missing soap (only shampoo was provided).

The staff was friendly and patient with me. The view from the room was alright and I got a bigger room due to my dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi. The location is approximately half way between the bus terminal (Melaka Sentral) and the city center.

No electric kettle,no minibar, not enough towels and the most disappointment was no water during the shower in the morning.. which is not acceptable at all.how can a hotel building have a water problem. We were so upset about this. Hotels should make a 50% refund to their guests on that duration of stay.

The room so spacious. So worthy with budget price during end year festive season . Easy park front of the hotel. Hotel has lift.

Everything in the room. Towel like 'roti jala', bed sheet dirty and now we got itchy body, water very slow, old spring bed, noisy (can hear noisy voice from others room), sometimes smelly, the place look scary and will never come again.

Nothing at all. Sorry to say this. But the stayed is horrible. In the room no mineral water provided. No toiletries at all. The pipe near toilet bowl is extremely leaking, water came out from the hose. This will be my first and last staying here. Definitely this hotel unrecommended to others. Staff counter being rude to me, booking confirmed my booking via email when the check in time he can say no room available. What the hell is this? Along the way from KL no room with parents on board? One more thing refund deposit no receipt at all being produce. 1st in my entire life having is kind of services. Pls change your front counter staff with more friendly and polite.

I don't why, after I made payment - I didn't get the receipt. When I ask receptionist, he said can get the receipt from booking com. Frankly, this not the first time I booking room via booking.com & made payment at property. This kind of so many times I do. Before this I can get the receipt at property. But now I can't get the receipt. When I message the management regarding this receipt, the management said - the receipt will give for the customers with walk in price. Impossible & ridiculous reason. Management also said to request receipt from the booking.com. The part of this, Im sad because didn't get the receipt.
