The shower drain was stuck but maintenance came promptly to deal with it . The safe was also not working but they response promptly . I would suggest for the shower drain to be cleaned regularly .

Everything is good, but only the yogurt provided in the breakfast session is too sweet for us.

All the staff I met are very friendly, the room is super comfortable and come with a mini kitchen. The options of breakfast are quite a lot, taste good as well.

I can't think of anything negative about the property.

The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to main sights to see. The staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was very clean, amazing shower and the beds were perfect. Glad we didn't book breakfast as we wouldn't have made it down in time. We did have breakfast for 1 day. Breakfast was a good choice, only complaint would be it was on the cold side but didn't stop us from enjoying it.

I put in a special request when booking and would have appreciate their replies earlier that they were not able to accommodate me. Guest were also subject to overnight parking rate charges which I felt was not very good service considering that we got the penthouse room and how much we paid for it. Again, for the complimentary cocktails which we did not get because we checked-in late.

Loacation was very convenient - right in the middle of the Bukit Bintang city centre yet was on the more quiet street. So you dont get all the noise Close to all the good high class places and just right beside TRX which was our destination for the night. Room and bathroom was really spacious and have everything that you would expect from an upper star hotel. Bed was big and comfortable.

Poor layout of Room furnishings - main wardrobe in bathroom so inaccessible when bathroom in use. No drawers. No Mirror near light/ socket. Shower lacked hot water more than once- despite reporting it.

We had to catch a flight early in the morning and wanted to leave our suitcases at reception, as we were due to come back a couple of days later. No one was available at reception and it took around 10 minutes for someone to turn up and eventually process our request

I stayed in different hotels in KL, and this one was definitely my favourite. Very central, has a wide range of breakfast options, great facilities, and impeccable views. What makes the hotel pleasant to stay in is although there are a lot of guests staying there, you don't feel like it's overpacked like some of the other hotels I've stayed in.

The staff were wonderful. Also loved having a sofa, table, kitchen tea, plenty of closet space, and even floor space. There was an excellent variety of options at breakfast each morning, and some items would change each day. Highly recommend. Elevators were also fast.

More varieties for breakfast please. Bread section if possible to be improved using d big toaster like other hotels are using. Especially for big breads etc. Suggesting use brand Kokokrunch from Nestle as it’s nicer. The koko cereal is hard so it’s just a suggestion to use KokoKrunch instead. Thk u

Location of the hotel was great, very convenient to reach main sights. We loved our room, very spacious, clean, comfortable bed and nice view of the city. We had continental breakfast on the 40th floor of the hotel, it was a very unique experience. Staff was also super nice and helpful.
