SingaporeGiven the low floor and the fact that fogging was done in the late afternoon at the carpark impacting visibility and safety while driving out. Breakfast sadly ends at 10 am. Perhaps you would like to consider ending later, probably 10.30 am?
I think we were given an upgrade because our room seems bigger than the superior one that we booked, which we appreciated. The buffet breakfast spread was pretty good. The teh tarik and curry puffs were exceptional. We enjoyed the chicken curry as well. Short drive to Mid Valley, City Square and Komtar. Lots of Grab food choices. Yummy Burger Ramly! Free parking and friendly staff! Keep it up staff!

SingaporeI would have larger glasses for juice/water at breakfast, but not everyone turns up for breakfast having done a 400km bike ride. Hash browns and beef sausages would be great but you can't always get what you want.
I use this hotel frequently when doing Audax rides in Malaysia. They have always been very accommodating in allowing me to take my bike to the room as I need to check it over and prepare it for the ride. Staff are always super friendly and respectful. Its perfectly located near to the border crossing to Singapore but not in a way that traffic would ever bother you.

SingaporeToilet was slightly choked when we first used, and ultimately choked fully after several uses. Thankfully the housekeeping service was very responsive and managed to unclog it very quickly.
Staffs are friendly, the room space and aesthetics is good, overall clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet covered a wide range of cuisines and was not bad overall.

MalaysiaAlthough parking is ample, it can be confusing as it shares the same parking building with residents of a nearby apartment. So, it's not as seamless as it should be considering it is a proper hotel. Kettle in our room was not thoroughly cleaned. Considering the price, the lobby should at least provide some sofa/chairs for guest.
Spacious and clean room, excellent hospitality, a wide variety of breakfast in the buffet! All TV channels work.

Walking distance to CIQ. We got upper floor so we can view CIQ panoramic mode. The hotel is clean and spacious for two person. Check in and out was seamless. Receptionist super friendly and greets all customers. Really a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again.

SingaporeI have to say, it is the location. As we usually go for a weekend getaway, being near the customs, traffic sometimes just turns us off.
The moment you enter, you will be greeted by a pleasant scent, very welcoming and fresh. Fairly quick check in process. Rooms, facilities are always clean and tidy. This is like our Nth time with Capri. Absolutely love it.

Check in was uneventful, staff were professional. Great rooms with lots of space, modern setup and facilities. Beds were very comfortable, soft linen and firm pillows. Our room had the toiletries missing but was quickly rectified by room service. Bathroom water pressure was good, sensitive temperature. Parking was well demarcated. Free parking with validation at the concierge.
