Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe construction of the KTS nearby caused slight inconvenience as there often traffic congestion at the junction when returning to the hotel. Otherwise, the fabulous hotel stay outweighed the inconvenience.
The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and even the sofa are great for relaxation. Love the rain shower. The buffer breakfast is good, too. Definitely value for money.

The Studio Executive King room including the toilet are spacious and well maintained. The room has Microwave. It has a good view with no blockage. Buffet breakfast came with reasonable varieties even though it was not at high occupancy. Infinity pool look fun to swim. Will dip in on our next stay. Front Desk and Breakfast staff including the Managers were friendly and acknowledged their guests. The Housekeeping set-up our room nicely for my wife birthday including presented with a token cake. Fully recommended.

SingaporeBreakfast was pretty decent but hit and miss with the different food options One of the rooms had some issues (the other was good), like shower water draining slowly and the aircon kept changing back to 22deg after an hour (not dealbreaker for us just puzzling), have reported to the staff and they will let their management know so all should be good 👍 A bit inconvenient walking to CIQ, it's doable depending on how comfortable you are at walking through a few roads
