The hotel is very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. We got a free room upgrade which was very nice.

The bed is too soft to my liking, the swimming pool has no lighting so it can get very dangerous at night as it opens till 10pm. You can barely see where you are walking.

Walking distance to CIQ. We got upper floor so we can view CIQ panoramic mode. The hotel is clean and spacious for two person. Check in and out was seamless. Receptionist super friendly and greets all customers. Really a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again.

I have to say, it is the location. As we usually go for a weekend getaway, being near the customs, traffic sometimes just turns us off.

The moment you enter, you will be greeted by a pleasant scent, very welcoming and fresh. Fairly quick check in process. Rooms, facilities are always clean and tidy. This is like our Nth time with Capri. Absolutely love it.

The air conditioning control was not very sensitive, a bit

Check in was uneventful, staff were professional. Great rooms with lots of space, modern setup and facilities. Beds were very comfortable, soft linen and firm pillows. Our room had the toiletries missing but was quickly rectified by room service. Bathroom water pressure was good, sensitive temperature. Parking was well demarcated. Free parking with validation at the concierge.

The aircon in my room is not really cold and the temperature stop at 20• and the Weather at this period in April was super hot… that make the aircon a bit warmer.

Common toilets on the 1st level were not so clean, some cubicle was even without toilet paper, floor was wet. Probably the frequency of the cleaner was not so frequent.

Housekeeping was late, no reason not to make our beds. We had to call and let them know to make our room. The soap they put at the sink was smelly, not sure how long it was left there or when was the last time they changed the soap. It was disgusting to be honest.

The stay was amazing, the front desk staff was nice, the tv channels kept us entertained, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was good. Breakfast spread (sahur) was good, could be better.

The basement leading from lift to carpark. It was flooded when we arrived and was still wet when we left. Some leaking seems to be happening.

The size of the room. It was spacious and allowed my boy to run around. The bathroom was huge and clean. Bed was comfortable as well.

Our weekend stay was primarily to run errands and we ended up checking in quite late due to traffic coming in from Singapore. Despite the delay, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade upon check-in. he upgraded room was a delightful surprise, featuring a kitchen, living room, and a shared bathroom connected to the bedroom. This setup added a sense of convenience and comfort to our stay. The hotel’s ambience exuded a casual sophistication that we found quite inviting. It struck a perfect balance between relaxed vibes and upscale design elements. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and warm, which made us feel welcome right from the start. Their helpfulness and positive attitude contributed significantly to our overall experience.

The water heater, bidet and toilet bowl pump was faulty for a while. Technicians came down to fix it but the more concerning issue was the water heater because when it was on neutral..the water that flowed was super hot. Thankfully it happened during my time in the toilet and not the kids, if not im sure it would have caused some burns.

The sahur spread was nice and the rooms were so clean and spacious.
