We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Suggest that you have a food outlet so if we want some drinks and food we can order and send directly to the room so at least newcomers who see some shop not open yet or food not good so can order via call.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe air-conditioner filters need to be cleaned and the leaking taps need to be repaired. Towels in the room should be enough for two people. One towel is provided in my room on the two occasions that I stayed in your hotel.
The location is good; it is beside the main road. The view from the window is good, especially in those rooms facing the mountains. The cleanliness of the beds was excellent. Keep it up!
