Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MalaysiaLocation, to engage Grab services. There seems to be some confusion pertaining to the pick up point. My last stay there I booked a Grab car from the lobby and the car waited for me in front of St Giles lobby. I called him he said he has arrived, I walked out and I dont see his car. He cancelled my booking and noted as No Show and Grab fined me RM3.00 for not showing up. I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. Rm3 is not a big deal, but then .... Grab is accusing me of No Show and that this can be difficult for me to book Grab in the future.

ItalyIt's better to take the grab car to go to the city center if you don't want to walk.
The staff was really nice! Everyone! And since you enter in, there is a good smell spreading in the air. The room, the toilet, the towels were all clean. You can also leave your luggage after your check-out and come back later if you want to visit something else in the city.

Great location, walking distance to lots of popular food spots and cafes. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to needs. Rooms were clean and comfy even though there were signs of age (ripped curtain or carpet corners).

MalaysiaLate night, some guests like to chat at hotel corridor which is loud and disturbing my sleeping.
The location of the hotel is spot on. My room have a seaview which is nice. Staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating. Plenty of hotel parking space which is great because this is in the heart of Georgetown where parking space is scarce.
