Small hotel atop Cafe, 5 rooms but nicely appointed with AC, comfortable bed, relatively quiet and clean, bathroom is compact but functional, location is close to jetty, scuba shops and market, restaurants. Included breakfast is nice to help with early departure out to island. Owner is very informative and helpful. For the price, excellent value.

The tv is essentially a prop, as we asked reception for the remote, and they told us the tv wasn’t connected (weird?).

The free breakfast was nice, as was the room.

Walls are a little thin; could hear some noises from other rooms but not loud enough to affect the sleep. What was quite noisy was the air conditioner though. Even on the smallest fan speed it was still rattling away. Bed and pillows aren’t the most comfortable for us but it’s up to personal preference on this

Walking distance to the jetty where we were to board our dive resort ferry. Room was generally clean with basic amenities. A bit aged looking but good enough for a short stopover one night stay.

Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had lost an item on the plane and the host gave me his own phone to try and call the airlines. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is simple but made fresh to order. Wifi was good and location is great right near the marina.

really great place with clean rooms and facilities. surrounded by dive shops, restaurants and the jetty is just nearby. the only negative point was just the room weren't really that sound proof. but overall is a really pleasant experience staying here

The room feels slightly run down same for the toilets. Nothing major but examples would be like slightly rusty toilet door handles and shower hose. Small holes/cracks in the toilet walls, uncovered drain hole in toilet, just small aesthetic things nothing to affect its utility at all, just a simple touch-up would probably make it more presentable. TV did not work as well when I was there, the staff said their modem was sent for repair.

The staff were really nice and tried to help when they could. The bed was comfortable and aircon works well. Breakfast was good and convenient especially since I had an early start of the day and it saved me some time looking for breakfast.

No lift to reach the second floor. It is ok, if we don't have heavy suitcase. Not much choice for breakfast. But, we like the tea and coffee they serve in the Amazing cafe.

The location of the motel. It is very near to the jetty for going to island, and also convenient stores and restaurants are around the area.

Rooms are basic and not a nicely as the cafe below. Not a great deal in Semporna. It’s a stepping stone to the islands and water villas.

Location is very close to shops, restaurants and harbour for islands. Air conditioned Rm with en-suite. Reasonably priced. Two ladies on reception were very helpful and always cheerful. Their smiles brighten up your day 😊.

Just beside the jetty , really convenient for island hopping. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast was super good, with western bread set or waffle set to choose from.

The location is very close to most of the diving shops in the city, which is why I booked it. It is clean, comfortable, there’s no funny smells, the staff is very welcoming and nice.

The location was very central, and close to the jetty for the Mabul Island boat. There are plenty of shops and restaurants as you step out of the hotel. We didnt have any breakfast at the hotel, just coz we wanted to have roti canai just round the corner.
