The condo was very luxury and met with our expectation. So many shops downstairs it was very easy to walk with minimal distance.

I like how spacious, clean, minimalist and aesthetic decor that is very well maintained. Had all the things a house/stay would need. The owner Mr.Tan made our trip felt so welcomed, comfortable, easy, very informative and attentive..this has been one of the best one day stay with my family so far. Also the location is convenient and near to all the locations we need to go..loads of cafe and marts downstairs too.. we are very happy with our stay and hope to be back again soonest.

The parking area is very small. You need a very good skill to park. The entrance to the apartment is not a very pleasant look. Especially the door knob had already removed and dirty. That area is not clean. Doesn't like to pass by that location.

The apartment, cleanliness and host. The apartment is really sparkling clean. The host is a very detailed person that clean every corner. All the utilities are prepared and quite clean. Most importantly, the host replace some of the items e.g dishwasher sponge, toilet paper, table cloth..those small detail are important which make us feel clean and comfortable. When we check in , the host switch on the air-cond allow us to have a pleasant feeling after knowing that we had a long drive. The toilet is clean too.

Everything from the stay, to the communication with the owner was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Uncle also recommended us few activities, restaurants to try to. Worth every penny and will repeat in the future.

First, the property is very nice as it appears exactly like the pictures shown in the site. The interior design is superb and contemporary. The owner, Mr Tan was very helpful and went way beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was a great help for us who are not familiar with the area.

The place feels like home, a luxurious and comfortable one that is. The host, Tan was very meticulous in ensuring that the place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated (looks just like the pictures). The toaster, washing machine, microwave, fridge, RO water filter and dispenser, iron, kettle, aircond etc were all in clean and good conditions. Dish washing liquid, detergent, hand wash, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, 3-in-1 coffee, clean towels etc were provided. The beds were comfy too. Slippers for guests to go to the swimming pool was a nice touch, showing how thoughtful Tan is. The unblocked view from the unit is a bonus especially during sunrise. The TV’s color setting was a bit reddish but we didn’t really mind. We were spoilt for choices of Netflix, Viu and many other channels. There are plenty of good Malay/Indian food downstairs and also convenient self-service laundry. The mega IOI city mall is a few minutes drive away - a shopping and food haven.

The house is super clean. All items are in order. Host is really taking a good care of he unit. Gas stove is available for cooking ( we cooked instant noodles). Grocers are available by walking distance.

The surrounding place within walking distance are still not fully open post COVID. If there are eating places within walking distance would be even better.

The apartment that I stayed was comfortable and nicely decorated by the owner. Lots of take home interior design ideas. ST Tan, the owner, was very friendly, cooperative & responsive.
