The direction to the unit could help if certain landmark such as the rows of shop and Starbuck before reaching Tower A mentioned.

The location near to IOI City Mall Putrajaya. Overall the unit is also very clean, the linen smell nice and the toilet is also clean. The unit does not smell damp and the refrigerator is clean. The scrubs used to clean the plates is also new not a used one.

-Should let us know earlier about the damaged sofa in the living area before hand and not last minute on the day we checkin. -Many ants at dinning area. -smells drainage during entering the house -shower tap loose almost hit my elderly mom.

Property with full of insects, bad smell and fradulent owner of the property illegally providing residence as the terms and conditions of the building clearly bans the building from being rented out for short term. If you wanna risk being locked out, take a chance at your own risk. Even after moving out, disappointment did not get over. Just got an email from Booking.com where the owners tried to falsely blame us for some damage done by someone else which we had nothing to do about.

The aircon for master & middle room not really functioning. Informed the team but he said they just services the aircon. The bathroom a bit smelly. For TV we are expecting have channel/netflix but dont have. Informed the team but he said usually the customer bring their own connector 😏 he help by instructed to connect/scan the channel but unable to get any. So far what we pay for rm300+ was not worth it..sorry..

The environment, instruction & facilities provided was great. For short staycation may consider.

The sofa was terrible! One leg broken n seat is not even. No back rest. Only 2 seater. Not enough for all. No day curtain. Units in front block could see inside during d day. No standing iron board.

Power Charging points were mostly at the kitchen area and mirrors are limited to only bathrooms makes us difficult to dress up in bedrooms. 2 of the air-conditioning in the bedrooms needed servicing.

The guards at the guard post are pretty uptight and almost didn't let us in (there's a new regulation put up by the management I think). After that I had to wait to get the key from the cleaning staff instead of getting it from the mailbox as instructed even though I arrived at 3.30PM, well after check in time expecting to enter the house immediately to rest. All in all, check in time is almost 4PM including waiting time. The unit, while comfortable and clean, does need a few additional improvements in terms of amenities. For example no water filter is provided in this unit, therefore if you book here please bring mineral water in advance, or else you would have to boil water as drinking water. Also better TV coverage please, not sure what's up with the signal but almost all channels are not watchable. Iron and ironing board provided are also not up to standard. Iron is dirty and the ironing board looks very sad. The sink in the main toilet are also blocked. Would be nice if there's a dedicated shoe rack too. Please please improve your homestay for your future customers.

House is clean upon entering. Beds and pillows provided are comfortable. Towels also provided. Host and cleaning staff are pretty helpful and responsive.
