the valet car park service could have been better. I think he was giving more attention to guests arriving in luxuray 4w drives. or luxury cars. he could hv helped removing the cones for us to ease parking.

Location was nearby to our planned destination. Room over looking the pool was good. Has a balcony.

The sound of construction right next to the hotel is rather loud thus may caused disturbance to guests...

The room is by far larger than most of the hotels that I've stayed around KLCC. The breakfast spread was great with lots of variety to choose from. Staffs are very friendly and familiar to me. especially the elderly bellman. I just love his recommendation for food around KL. Thanks buddy, hope to meet up with him soon.

It’s a convenient for family or with small kids .. nearby with a lot of shops for us to have. Very friendly staff .. even laundry staff gave a good explanation for us for the laundry services.

1. The environment is very noisy during the day time due to some construction working ongoing .. day time can’t sleep in the room because of the noisy. 2. Supposedly I should have 2 twin bed for my deluxe twin room but I think I got 2 single beds instead. We arrived late night so I don’t wanna to ask for exchange room. Anyway these 2 single beds is very convenient as well. Thanks 🙏🏻

Small bathroom, no bath tub.

Breakfast is available at additional cost (moderate price). The room is comfortable but the bathroom is quite small for executive room type. Bath tub is not provided. Hotel room is good with balcony view, but not to beneficial as there are many other taller building outside. The pool is great for family with children.

The first room I was given was not up to standard. Stained chairs, carperts and the wall looked like it was patched up. Room smelled moldy and stuffy. I eventually paid for an upgrade to an executive room. Which was much better. Qhatbwas disappointing is that the receptionist did not even offer an upgrade or a different room. Clearly she was aware of the state of the room.

I loved how centrally located the hotel was, walking distance from the towers, malls and restaurants.

Hotel condition is old and dated. Especially the carpet. The curtains definitely need to wash or replace. The towels were with stain although clean.

The only issue i have is the construction noise beside the hotel. They start work so early and the noise coming from the construction site is really disturbing my sleep. When i approached the front office, the Chinese lady told me that in future i can request for room which are further away from the construction site. Knowing that there are rooms available which are further away from the sound from the construction site, why was i not being offered in the first place?

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL and within walking distance to KLCC, which is so convenience. Food and beverages are easily available and within are-reached.

They should have inspected the room's condition before assigning it to a new occupant.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room change as the first given room was in bad condition/ not well maintained and they provided me with a good room without hassle.

my previous stay booking twin deluxe did not fair well. Room carpet was damp , hot water wasnt really working, toiletries werent filled, room telephone wasnt working. Had to call maintenance. Executive room did not have these issues thank god.

This time Diana at the front desk helped me to upgrade to executive room at a good price. There is a vast difference between executive and regular deluxe room. Executive has shower option instead of bathtub. Room had better ambience, air quality, water heating.

Neighbourhood side there is constructions going on. Quit noisy. Basement parking was full.

Location good near KLCC. Foodstall and restaurant around were good. Rooms are OK and swimming pool was good.

The positive buzz upon entering the hotel lobby. Staff at front desk was welcoming and able to accommodate my requests. Wait staff was attentive and polite. Awkward situations were handled with tact and sensitivity.

Poor tv reception.please get smart tv/android tv with netflix service ( nowadays, guest can input their own password for netflix or whatever tv program services). Noisy construction ongoing.

Old bed linen with stains. Lack of daily cleaning and towel change. Cleaning was only done when we asked for it. The balcony doors have absolutely no sound insulation, they are old, it is very noisy to sleep.

Very attentive and responsive staff! Wonderful dinner on the first floor of the hotel. Perfect location.
