Centrally located, brand new building, huge foyer, large rooms, beautiful view. Big breakfast buffet. Well worth the price I paid. Rooms are big, very good room service.

The long check in process. The front office staff checking us took such a long time, peering at the computer. He wanted to know the source of pur booking etc although the booking was already paid for. He didn't tell.us where the lifts were so we were running around here and there, dragging our luggage, looking for the lifts. The breakfast buffet is not well managed, and food was often short with long waits.

It's a new hotel, very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The free bus shuttle to town was helpful

I had thought this would be out of the way but was pleasantly surprised at how connected it was to the main roads in Melaka I would recommend it to travelers

Requested for birthday decoration but was informed that additional charges will be incurred. In the end, we agreed with the additional charges as we wanted a surprise for the birthday boy. As informed by the staff, the slice of cake and a swan decoration made using towels weren't prepared when the birthday boy went up the room. Also requested for a bucket of ice which was never delivered despite following up with the housekeeping ample times. Am rather disappointed with the service.

The sound proof was bad, we could literally hear the occupants above us walk around the room and noises coming from neighbors too. Apart from that, the room wasn’t cleaned well. There are still leftover food on the table after housekeeping and dust on the side and corner of the floor.

It was great that we could choose our preferred pillow type and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. Overall we had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Location was good as it’s near to Jonker street.

Hotel location is slightly far from restaurant outlets, and is about 10 mins walk, not too bad. This could be an isolated incident, but the hotel staff charged me for room service for which I did not order. Make sure to check your bill carefully when checking out.

Friendly accommodative staff who gave us the preferred Straits view as the city view faces an apartment block. Azan was extremely helpful to show us the facilities, gave us an introduction to the places of interest in Malacca, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price, good buffet pread and reasonable quality.
