Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When checked in time, the font desk personnel has asked me to fill in form for parking validation and my car can freely in and out after submission. Whereas when I exit the parking, my car was not validated. The parking is located at Level 5 and I have to park my car again and go to Ground floor to validate. Is really wasting my time.

AustraliaStaff did not communicate a late check in (approx 2 hour wait) despite us arriving well after the start of check in period at 3pm. They said it was due to the hotel reaching full capacity the previous evening and they haven’t had time to clean the room we’ve been allocated to. Reception said they would ring us but never did, so we had to go back to the reception ourselves 2 hours later. As a result, the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast vouchers for the two of us, but changed their mind later saying it was only for ONE of us even though there was two of us. Very stingy and I expected better customer service. In addition, there were stains all over the toilet seat and “clean”shower towels.

SingaporeService from the staff was impeccable. Reached an hour earlier for checkin and staff was so accommodating to get room ready. In-room dining staff were so kind to help heat up late night supper, pillow menu was super comprehensive and conceirge was always helpful and friendly.

SingaporeThe food is a tad too salty. The nasi lemak chilli even without ikan bills was extremely salty. We had dinner twice at the restaurant, the chicken bolognese and nasi kampong were very salty even when we asked for it to be less salty. Will be good to have children’s menu where the food can be healthier.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed their time thoroughly at the pool.

AustraliaThe long check in process. The front office staff checking us took such a long time, peering at the computer. He wanted to know the source of pur booking etc although the booking was already paid for. He didn't tell.us where the lifts were so we were running around here and there, dragging our luggage, looking for the lifts. The breakfast buffet is not well managed, and food was often short with long waits.
It's a new hotel, very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The free bus shuttle to town was helpful

SingaporeRequested for birthday decoration but was informed that additional charges will be incurred. In the end, we agreed with the additional charges as we wanted a surprise for the birthday boy. As informed by the staff, the slice of cake and a swan decoration made using towels weren't prepared when the birthday boy went up the room. Also requested for a bucket of ice which was never delivered despite following up with the housekeeping ample times. Am rather disappointed with the service.
Pretty new hotel and is very clean. Good location as it is only a 15-minute walk from Jonker Street.

MalaysiaThe sound proof was bad, we could literally hear the occupants above us walk around the room and noises coming from neighbors too. Apart from that, the room wasn’t cleaned well. There are still leftover food on the table after housekeeping and dust on the side and corner of the floor.
It was great that we could choose our preferred pillow type and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. Overall we had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Location was good as it’s near to Jonker street.
