We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaFree your dog! The Crystal R Hill owner locked a pitiful big dog in a small cage. He is exposed to the cold and water splash when it rains. I feel so sorry for the dog. The cage is double padlocked. I don't know what the dog has done to the owner to deserve such cruel and inhumane treatment. It breaks my heart to see such cruelty to animals. Please sign a petition to help Free this dog.

MalaysiaI believe we got what we paid for, RM200+ for 2 nights and 3 adults was a steal. There was some mould on the wall but I think that comes with such a location, so it's alright!
Loved the view! The staff were very friendly and we were greeted by some friendly cats who were taken care of by the staff on our balcony. If you are a cat lover, you'll love this place!

MalaysiaThe room is tidy but the smell is not good in the room. The water heater did not work during the morning shower, causing us to cook our own hot water for the shower. The television facility was also not available during our stay due to the damage not being repaired by the staff who were still on vacation. please improve the facilities in the accommodation room. Will probably stay here again in the future
