The cleanliness and spacious . It’s located in the prime area so you have access to anything and everything basically. The staffs were super helpful especially Mr Omar, he did an arrangement for a very late check in since our flight landed in early morning 3am and it’s very past the usual check in time.

Like the other comments already stated; sometimes the elevators will take a long time, especially during checkin/checkout time, best is to stay at the higher levels. I did not see the stairs as an option. - Omar and friends are busy, busy, busy, so again manage expectations through communication.

Location was really nice. Close to everything, easy to find. Omar was also very helpful. This accomodation/booking all has to do with managing expectations. As always communication is key. Omar and his friends, really try to do their best and will do their best to supply you what you need. So please communicate your needs beforehand; if you want to have cleaning and fresh towels every day, please let him know. The pool will not supply you with extra towels, so if you need those, just ask Omar. The same for checkin and checkout, clearing communication is clearing. I would definitely book again.

-No explanation how to operate room's facility like kitchen's stove. -Bathroom's floor always wet when taking shower, the glass wall not cover to the bottom of the floor

It's a really amazing apartment . It's in the city centre . Everything is in walking distance. You can have 7/11 also next to the building . Nice view . Clean and super comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay at Axon apartment. They provided almost everything in the apartment, convenient enough for a long stay. The location is great, as it's only a walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT and shopping malls like TRX, Lot 10, Pavilion etc. There's also a convenient store just next to the lobby. The service was amazing; they were fast to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

the company managing the properties needs some improvement. we don't feel "hospitality" at all. well I can't say they are not doing their job, i think they follow the rules like cold robot. we arrived early, and tried our luck called and asked the contact person if we can get the room earlier than 3pm. he said he would try and hung up. and after that my call and whatsapp would not be answered. at one point i got worried there is no room at all. we saw other guests get their keys after 12pm, greeted with smiles. we had no luck, at 230pm the security guy at the lobby pitied us and offered help to call the company... and in vain, i think. exactly 3pm the contact person would appear from nowhere with some shxt face (sorry i can't help it) and handed us the key. we checked the room and paid cash. was told receipt would be issued during checkout. one troubling issue i must mention: the next day i hung the "please-clean-room" tag when i went out. evening time i returned and saw nothing done. whatapps the shxt face and he replied "housekeeping would only been done once every 2 days. tomorrow will do the housekeeping." blessed by god the next day they really cleaned the room. the scariest part is the then next day, we didn't expect any housekeeping so we left our valuables in the room and our luggage bags unlocked before going out. i didnt even hang the tag at the door. guess what, the room was cleaned when i returned in the evening!! i panicked and checked everything. again blessed by god, laptop and ipad are still around. well we didnt count the notes and coins before we left the room... so.... what to do. and the last part... knowing this shxt face's working style, i msg him to check out half an hour earlier, waited at the lobby, and god blessed he did show up half an hour late :). i asked for receipt, he said afternoon his office will send via whatsapp. I sent reminder everyday and it is Monday now, nothing.

the location is simply one of the best you can get for the money, especially if you are shopaholic. Pavillion, Starhill, TRX, Low Yatt are all within 10 minutes of slow walk. the room i got @ level 15 is perfect for couple. room is clean, can cook and wash clothes. but i wont recommend drinking the tap water because it looks yellowish. there is convenient store nearby. get to the pool if you want to see the beautiful KL night view, simply stunning.

Reception area chaotic at busy time. The only toilet in reception was insufficient and dirty. No information about what fire/evacuation procedures were in place. We we pressured to pay for baggage storage and write a 10 star review first when we asked for our deposit return on checkout.

Great apartment. Brilliant location. Clean, airy, fabulous views. Cutlery, crockery etc all more than sufficient. Washing machine (plus powder) was a really good extra. Nice bathroom and fabulous shower! Comfy beds. Quick replacement for dangerous kettle. Corridors were spotlesst too. Good access to pool areas. Omar was helpful and welcoming on arrival and encouraged us to contact him at any time if necessary. Reception area staff friendly and helpful. Free bag storage prior to check in.

We didn't like the tax which was not disclosed before and had to pay at the residence. It was quite a huge amount. Booking. Com didn't mention this at all while booking. Very shameful.

The contact person for our apartment was not great with communication in a timely manner. Sometimes lengthy elevator wait times

Compact, comfortable, clean apartment in a very large complex. A TV from which you could access streaming platforms. Was close to monorail, shopping malls, heaps of restaurants and hop-on, hop-off bus.
