The hotel is in a back alley which is quite filthy, u have to cross all that to reach the hotel, it isn't a nice experience.

The mattress is a little bit too thin. If it's thicker it would be way better

The aircond is cold, the space is comfortable and spacious bathrooms. The area is clean too. The cube bed is great with the curtain available for privacy.

the surrounding outside the hotel, when you come out, then the pelauh waiting for you then adna forced u to give money, and also holdong ur bag w/out ur permission

The only minor detail was a lack of a window, as I love natural light. But the room itself didn't feel claustrophobic and was still really comfortable.

Loved the room, super cosy and very well kept and maintained. Loved that freebies, from shower caps to water. Helpful it had a little desk area and luggage surface. Beds were super comfy and the room was a nice size for me as a solo traveller.

There is a strong smell from the nearby kitchen.

The placement of the facilities in the bathroom makes sense. Is clean. There is a common dish washing area at the lobby, and water filter refill. The location is good, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. Staff is friendly. I left my flask there and they kept it for me.

This is a good place to stay if you wish to be in Semporna. Place is clean, new, has a nice interior and is located in the nicer part of Semporna. Out of the back you walk right onto the boardwalk which has plenty of restaurants and bars

Although the room is small but overall is very clean and equipped with quality things. If the water pressure can be improved that would be great!

The air conditioner was leaking. The journey to Semporna was too long, which may cause too much transportation fare. I suggest that tourists not book the early morning flight back to KUL. My flight was scheduled at 9:35. I still needed to spend RM 150 taking taxi to Taowu Airport. (PS. just my experience not dislike.)

The decoration was good. I like the room's setting. The hotel will help us arrange transports from Taowu Airport to Semporna.

The beds arent comfortable, as there are no real matresses.

Not sure if I was just unlucky but my bed in the dorm was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a hardwood floor. I definitely would not have wanted to stay there more than 1 night. The dorm is also located right next to the reception desk so there is no privacy or space.

I booked to stay here twice, before and after going to Mabul. On my first visit the AC in the dorm room was not working and the staff were very helpful. When I returned the AC was working again. It's a good location if transiting to one of the islands.

- some rooms were a little dusty - most rooms had no windows (unless specified) - all rooms were so extremely small that if you had a luggage any bigger than a cabin-sized one, once you open it there'll be hardly any walking space - price is steep for the size of the rooms - there is a fish market nearby so if the entrance doors (mainly the back entrance) are opened for tad longer the common areas will smell like fish (but not the rooms). One thing that can be done about this is to ensure doors are closed at all times. Staff tend to leave back entrance open when hanging out in the corridor for a smoke. - sound proofing is very poor, rain will wake you up - room aircon was alternating between on and off so it gets warm and then cold - among the 10 of us, no one slept well that night for one or more of the above reasons

- amenities that were provided in the room (room slippers, shower gel and shampoo, towels, shower cap and toothbrush, hairdryer, place to hang clothes, 1 500ml water bottle per guest, sufficient charging points) - common area downstairs where you can hangout (they sell beers at rm8 per can) - water dispenser downstairs where you can get drinking water from - location, which is right in the middle of a row of seafood restaurants and its back entrance faces the sea, and also very near to the pier

Perfect location, Infront of jetty. Just few steps away to the meetup poin for daily Islands hopping tour. Surrounded by seafood restaurant and eateries.

The capsule bed is comfort and has a socket so that really convenient for charging, also the mirror is really helpful.
