With the hot weather it will be good to hve a mini bar fridge in the room.

The cleanliness was superb a minimalist concept. Keep up the good clean up! Too bad the nearest Seafood place was closed.

Despite it being a short trip, our stay was incredibly rewarding. With heavy traffic from Kota Bharu to KL during Hari Raya, we decided to split our journey in half, making the location of this homestay ideal for our needs. The host was exceptionally accommodating, even with our late-night arrival. The spacious room provided us with ample comfort and the beach is right in front of the house felt like our own private oasis. We're already planning our return and will definitely recommend this homestay to our family and close friends

The bricks in the sea out the front of the property are not to do with the property but a shame. If you don’t go in the sea, no drama. You can head north or south to avoid these though.

Staff for checking in and checking out were amazing. The location is beach front!! Beds are a good size and the indoor and outdoor showers are decent.

The bed was extremely firm. The beach of Cherating has been badly damaged recently and there are unfortunately quite a few house bricks in the water on 'our' beach. Fine at low tide, but a toe stubbing experience at high tide.

I really liked the quiet location. An easy walk to restaurants, a lovely swimming beach directly in front of the accommodation. Clean, good size.

Personally i think the unit is slightly a bit pricy for a room but still i can assure that the room size is bigger than most of the hotel/ chalet on this nearby area.

Suitable place to escape from busy life. Really calm and relaxing. Host really keep those unit clean and tidy. Big room can fit more 4-6 adult and still feel comfortable but bare in mind they provided with 2 queen size bed only. So 4 adult and 1 kid is just fine for me. You and ur family wont get 100% privacy - the compound accessible for outsider because the restaurant and nearby homestay might went through the yard to get to beach acces Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thanks admin. Definitely visit again in future!

The surrounding was very magnificent as the beach is private. Can wat the sunrice and sunset calmly. The house is very clean, have a big space. It would be better if there is small fridge so we can put our food. Overall, it is a very nice stay. Would love to repeat and wish the owner to keep it up!

TV is not functioning. Or at least need to have the instruction manual on how to use it. The water flow when you shower blockage. Ao the water dont go down and stuck in shower area.

The beds in Damaiku 1 were a bit low and not suitable for old people with knee problems. The cleanliness of the bathroom (shower) can be improved.

minor thing, but the shrubs next to the entrance of the house is quite pointy and the small gate opening it took a lot of space when opening it. Would be better if the small gate slides.

We loved the privacy, easy access to the beach and the proximity to local cafes and activities. The rooms were clean & spacious, towels were provided too. There are outdoor showers to clean up from sand etc before entering the room. The barbecue pit was clean and ready to use.

The location, the room , the view, perfect! The room is huge btw. The beach is clean too! Just just, the key/lock to the room could be improve. And probably can add a coffee table/table inside?

the view was spectacular, you can see the sea directly from your chalet. host was responsive and managed to checked-in successfully.
