The ac is not so cold. Hence, I was hoping there is an additional fan or the ac could be serviced.

The hotel is located quite far from commercial area. Hence, it is quiet and suitable for a light sleeper. Since it is quite far from commercial area. Guess, vehicle is required in order to ease the traveling.

We arrived from Johor at 530pm and were aghast when we were told that the only person to check is in at the counter had gone for a dinner break. No one else could do for us except the only staff who went to take a dinner break. We waited for an hour to be checked in and my elderly parents were so tired from a long journey. They waited at the lobby for an hour. The hotel should have at least 2 staff and having one is RIDICULOUS

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is not an issue at all. Staff is friendly and helpful

The breakfast menu could be improved and the noise from the aircond compressor could be lessen.

The room is clean and the aircond is working well. The water pressure is strong and the staff are polite and knowlegeable.

Noisy Night cant sleep at all. Guest shouting / Talk loudly and bang the door at midnight 2am ++ Renovation work work until 9.30pm.... Smelly toilet ....

Reception and check in was a very pleasant - sadly, the only saving grace. 1 of the rooms smelt weird, another had an incredibly sticky floor and balcony bleeched white by the resident family of pigeons - 1/3 rooms worked out well. The a/c in the weird smelling room was working but perhaps due to age, no amount of hardwork it put in, brought any form of cold air. The garage, attached to the weird smelling room, only gave access to it from the room and not vice versa - meaning after one had parked, drew the shutters, he/she could only access the room via the main lobby, excellent idea but perhaps, requires a better delivery. Maybe it was the 39 degrees celcius heat or because it was nearing 7pm, but after a 8hr drive, I didnt have it in me to wait for rectification (which by the quality of the staff, would have put in overtime overnight to make it a satisfactory stay).

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Honestly, the only saving grace.

The hotel and room I thought booked, superior, did not look like pictures at all and no window. There wasn’t a balcony rather open door and railing to internal walls. Dark room which I find it hard with no windows. Fridge smelt musty. Bed felt hard Check in was odd as I wanted to pay by debit card and they took card by counter and looked to be copying I said no I will use card machine. All went through on card machine and then they tried again to take card under desk and unsure what doing again so I demanded my card back. They laughed Will monitor card and look to cancel if any thing odd happens. Wasn’t told re breakfast or restaurant. I asked re restaurant told none and no water or drinks I could buy at hotel. At lift saw a flyer for drinks and snacks for sale so confused! Location is went for dinner walked back and fist time in Malaysia in two week trip I felt uncomfortable walking back as solo traveller as hotel is by lots of high rise flats and looks like car parks and alleys. I would have changed hotels if longer booking.

I stayed one night before early train from butterworth. Bathroom basic but ok for one night.
