Amazing stay,strong wifi Comfort bed

Since its beside a cafe, after 11pm we can hear ppl chitchatting, but it's ok, my husband managed to open the window and kindly asked them to lower down the volume, and the people moved table and we had a peaceful sleep! 🥰

A great place to be at after a long day of shopping! We got the 1st floor family suite, felt like a motel. ❤️😅 Clean and spacious!

The room was very noisy with airco running day and night (room 314) The street is also very noisy because of much traffic(windows are not keep the noisy out) Internet need to get better ,it is same like in 2017 when i come there. They should put machine for buy some drinking under ,now have only water and coffee in room. They say you need to tell if you want they clean your room,sorry need to clean every day without asking.

The location was good ,next hotel have restaurant. They are renovating 3 the floor. Frigorator was broken ,but they change right away. TV was also broken ,they change it also after i complained.

The pillow provided from hotel should change, the pillow under the pillow cover was very dirty. The light in the room can be more brighter.

Smooth check in, the staff are friendly. The room is quite spacious. The staff found my thing after check out, they informed me and return to me. Thank you

The room is not same like as shown in pictures.... In pictures room is too big but when u check-in that time the room is too small..but the room is ok. Value for money

There are many eatieries around the hotel, therefore food is not a problem. The palce is quite safe. Ample carpark space. Friendly staffs. Good ambience. Good for a short stay

No stable wifi connection, the window doesn’t have handle so I can’t close properly (RM304) so I can hear the car shop noise at 8am. AC is dripping water right on top of the TV so I need to cover the TV with a towel to avoid damage.

Cleanliness and the staff are very accommodating. Bed is comfy and clean

i choose to have the refrigerator in the room.. but the refrigerator are not functioning well, not too cold.. a little disappointed.. tv are not functioning..

i like the room that are look not too bright and also dark.. the place are not too far from the city.. parking are easy access..

About the make up of our room. We checked in midnight. It was a 3 night stay. Reception staff asked if we needed make up room in the morning. We informed yes we need but after we leave the room we will inform reception to make up our room. Staff noted. And in the morning we were still sleeping in our room, housekeeping kept ringing our door bell and knocking on our door. I was about to walk to my door the staff already opened my room door and luckily the latch was on. That was not very nice of the staff and their miscommunication. So I informed the staff when I leave the room later I will inform the reception. She noted and after about 1 or 2 hours she's back ringing the door bell. And few minutes later I'm receiving call from the reception again regarding the make up of the room. It was very annoying for me and my husband. As we approach the reception and informed the staff of what happened, staff kept giving us reasons and did not want to admit their side of the mistake but trying to put in on us. Staff should improve in their communication within their staffs and listen and acknowledge to guest request. Hope this issue won't be repeated again! Thanks.

Dirty. The water kettle .. the floor.. (have to wear slippers) Its not that bad it just caught my eye but still not a big problem to me

The staff was very helpful when i say i cant find the channels on the tv. Seems like there was a missing remote. So we just pressed it manually.

The glass wall of the toliet, when the lights are turned on in the toilet the whole room is bright. Disturbing.
