Booked 2 rooms, both got a lot of ants in the rooms. Need to ask for ants spray from receptionist.

Peaceful, quiet far from town. But nearest to Pengerang complex. Nice view at night.

Check in process takes like forever. Very slow. Should improve

Price is cheap and very reasonable with 2 queen size bed. Room is OK. Suitable with what you pay. No complain. Got swimming pool. Even I think the pool should be bigger since you have so many room. Overall I satisfy with this resort.

The pool are kids friendly but for 7 years above only. Parents need to monitor their kids as there are no safety guard available. Overall its still a good stay.

I love the location which are perfect for healing purpose. It is located far from town, so guest better bring a lot of foods. The facilities also well maintained and very clean, not crowded and very suitable for guest who wants to chill and enjoy their time together.

Location was far from desaru and there are no restaurants nearby. Only breakfast is available at the hotel. For lunch and dinner you need to drive. You must be having a car. There is no delivery options.

No mirror at the room. Only have in bathroom. So difficult to make up and to 'adjust a tudung'

The location is a bit tricky, using Google map was not really helping to get there. The management should describe clearly to visitor on how to reach there by sharing few landmarks. The pool is a bit small, my childs were about to take turn with other family's children.

Cleanliness is superb, very spacious room and worth for 4 family members to stay in. My childs were really enjoying of staying here.

The location was near to Pengerang but quite isolated and far from the nearest city. No shop/supermarket/restaurant around/nearest.

Clean, comfort and spacious room. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and provide you with full hospitality even though they were short of staff at that point of time.

The restaurant is closed. No transport facilities. For lunch or dinner we can't order we need to travel 15km. Noone is there to take luggage till the room. When we enter the room it was very hot. After 15mins of aircon it reducede to normal temperature.

The property is new and clean. Hot water is coming all the time. Air con is fine. The size of the room is big.

The location is far from anything, no malls no eateries etc. We were assigned to 'used' rooms at first and had to drive back to reception to get that fixed. Breakfast was HORRIBLE as food served cleared in 10 mins, only to wait for 30mins for next food refill and the quantity/quality was bad, service was very slow. No window in the toilet. Swimming pool was very small and if you're with kids, beware of this cos it's gets packed lol! I wouldn't repeat stay.

Aircon in the unit was cold. TV was ok. It's quiet at night. Gym was good. Check-out was quick.

+Heater not working -> only warm at sunny + No hair dryer + Metal roof -> really hot if turn off aircon + The swimming pool is small and always full of people + free breakfast is bland + Clock time is 2pm but they only give keys from 3pm.

rude receptonist, aircond not working well, breakfast very simple , i so far from everything, restaurant also far from this resort, grab not take ur order delivery food because is too far (17km) so need to drive out to find a food, so for me its a big regreting to stay here.

very regret to book here, the receptionist very rude, when i ask why not pick up the call , because we lost, the location of resort not in the map, she asnwer very bz cant pickup, after checkin call manu time also not pickup, when ask again to receptions she reply bz cant pickup the call and ask me if got anything problem need to come to counter, for information the room is separate building and far away from receptionist counter.. on third time my wife ask her phone number she show her rude way with throw her handphone , show her anger face , also slam the book.. make me feel unwelcome there. Definately will not come back there again..
