How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There isn't any side table between the beds / there is no support for luggage (everything has to be on the floor). The cable TV freezes and booting every 2 minutes (impossible to watch the program).

Pleasantly surprised at the location and resort concept. The whole family enjoyed it and the icing on the cake was evening food stalls with a variety of local food just in front of the property

thé shower could be better i mean the bathroom is very small and the shower is not séparâtes all gets watered. but it is not so disturbing to spend some days in Langkawi, i think it is good valué for the price

Called beforehand to confirm the deposit is rm50, however on the spot requested rm100 as deposit, then i mentioned about the prior confirmation with hotel staff, then they charge rm50 only, not sure why and how. The toilet bowl is cracked, even though if you are sitting on it, it could be dangerous too. Please change the toilet bowl in room 23.

It’s a simple place, not suitable for some one who is looking for luxury. you have to walk for 5min until you reach the beach, though it’s far.
The staff, they were friendly, very very kind, polite and helpful. The place was very clean.

The mosquitoes in the room killed at least 30 of them but it's more of location can't avoid as first floor rooms. Toilet sink super small and low. Shower, sink area and toilet bowl all in small space without curtain.
The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The location was good. 4 min walk to cenang mall and cenang main stretch of beach. Big Patio was convenient would sit outside and drink tea. Can dry clothes there also. Air con was surprisingly in very good condition and you could control temperature and blower speed not unlike many rooms where temp is controlled. Wifi speed was fantastic highest I found in a while !

kettle malfunction, but its ok since they provide Coway machine outside.
walking distance to the beach (Pantai Cenang), free parking. easy access to restaurants, duty free shop, dobby. staff are friendly and allow me to late check out (1h) with no extra fee. easy check in/out. beds are comfortable, and they give me extra pillow (upon request). will choose this hotel again in future.

Rooms a little sparce in terms of furniture and walls could do with a fresh lick of paint but nothing major!
Excellent location - quiet at night but close to everything. Good restaurants, bars, food trucks, shops and beach all within easy walking distance. Laundry place right beside accommodation. Room was cleaned every day with water, towels, coffee and toilet paper provided. Staff were nice and waited later at night to check us in as our flight from Penang was delayed by about 2. 5 hours. Shower always had hot water (wet room style like most places). Air con was very good. Wifi worked well mostly but we also had sim cards. Nice seating outside room and drying rack for wet clothes.

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. Very convenient as we hired a car there was also a car park. Laundry service 30 seconds away which is great for people traveling like ourselves. Great facilities such as fridge and kettle in the room. We was checking in slightly later than expected as our flight was delayed so I messaged the property and they was very accommodating and stayed later to ensure we could check in. Triple locks on door so we felt very safe. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
