How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast which was not worth the money.
The breakfast was not good. Choices were super less just 3 to 4 option only.. only 1 main food that also they won't refill. Understaffed. Not worth the money for breakfast. If you really looking for good breakfast then this is not the place. But overall the stay was good. The staff were super friendly.

Unfortunately, third-party services such as salons and spas are currently unavailable, and the recline chairs near the pool which would have certainly added to the overall enjoyment and relaxation of the experience.
The staff here are incredibly polite, always ready to lend a hand, and their approachability knows no bounds, regardless of the hour. Their demeanor instills a sense of ease and confidence, complemented by the reassuring presence of our vigilant security team, making us feel truly secure within these surroundings.

3 set backs.. 1. Bfast needs lots of improvement.. varieties of items and choices was bare minimal.. Also, room service would have been nice to have in any property. As no food shops near hotel at wee hrs for food. 2. Getting grab was a challenge. Bangsar naturally has this issue.. be it at the hotel or at the bangsar village. Waiting time can be 25mins. 3. TV channels need improvements too. Limited channels.. Smart TV s are recommended so at least we could screenmirror. We had to watch Netflix via hp b4 bed. But bfast view from the sitting area was awesome...
All was good... rooms, view from room, staff including security guard were extremely friendly and polite at all times.. a good place to relax.. Parking was good too..

Love the unit we stayed ! There’s nice view of the pool and two bedrooms . It was clean and everything provided except washing machine . The shampoo and body wash provided were very nice. Breakfast was simply simple and less variety but it tasted delicious.

During my stay, I encountered some inconveniences at Domitys. Firstly, the placement of the Astro decoder and TV on opposite sides of the room required constant getting up to change channels, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the TV had very limited channels and lacked popular streaming services like YouTube or Netflix, though WiFi was available. In the bathroom, I encountered a safety issue with a faulty hairdryer that sparked when plugged in, emitting a burning smell. While thankfully, no harm was done, I suggest the hotel consider placing warning signs for such appliances to prevent potential accidents. Furthermore, the room lacked adequate amenities, such as extra rubbish bins, and I was informed by the receptionist that these could be requested. However, I believe essential amenities should be readily available without the need for special requests. Despite these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory. I appreciate the hotel's cleanliness and basic amenities provided. Nonetheless, addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the guest experience. Thank you.
Stayed there over the weekends ,and was impressed by their delicious buffet breakfast, featuring freshly cooked Western options and refreshing juices. Coffee lovers rejoice with the coffee machine, though other hot drink options are limited. Experience the tranquility of a clean room and an uncrowded pool, perfect for a peaceful swim. With fast, friendly service, your stay is sure to be memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The floors are a lil old
The staff are always nice and prepared to help. The aircon is strong. The swimming pool is big and clean. The breakfast provided is enough altho there is not much variety.

The microwave still had some crumbs left, ops! Hopefully housekeeping will check these things - microwave, fridge and utensils. The housekeeping came and clean the room, which is wonderful you get new towels and stuff but hope receptionist could have inform us earlier that housekeeping will be at what time and how would it be if we dont them to go in the room.
The room was spacious, each room tied with a bathroom, very private, very quiet. A breakfast thats just nice. Friendly service - let me bring two cars for car park. Overall, my family loves it.

The bed was too firm for my liking, but I noticed this is the standard firmness in Malaysia, in homes and hotels. So I won't hold it against Domitys.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was spacious, quiet, clean and modern. Great large bathroom with walk in shower. Loved the pool. I'd definitely return. Bangsar is an upmarket neighbourhood with plenty of eating options and pampering places, and some nightlife, but I was visiting family who live in the area.
